SECOND SET OF 1/21 AEW COLLISION SPOILERS FROM ORLANDO

Tony Khan spoke to the crowd in-between the Dynamite and Collision tapings. He referenced not expecting to have to tape Collision tonight. He referenced both Revolution 2022 and World’s End 2024 taking place in the building and talked about the possibility of another Orlando PPV. It was also said that the Collision will be the first one Justin Roberts has been the ring announcer for Collision. The commentary team for Collision was Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, and Paul Wight. 

Adam Page defeated Katsuyori Shibata with a Buckshot Lariat in a competitive match.

Kris Statlander defeated Isla Dawn with Saturday Night Fever in a few minutes.

Thekla came on the screen to taunt Kris and say that that was Kris’s last win as champion.

Tony Khan was the one to present the CMLL World Title Match with Salvador Lutteroth III unable to be in attendance.

Claudio Castagnoli (with Wheeler Yuta) defeated Roderick Strong (with Orange Cassidy) to retain the CMLL World Heavyweight Championship in a longer competitive match. There were moments with Wheeler Yuta and Orange Cassidy interacting. Claudio retained following a Neutralizer. Jon Moxley joined commentary for this match and was accompanied by Marina Shafir.  This match will be the main event for Collision as it airs.

Protoshita (Kyle Fletcher & Konosuke Takeshita) defeated The Gunn Club (Billy Gunn & Austin Gunn) in a competitive match. Don Callis joined commentary for this match.  After the match, AEW International Champion Kazuchika Okada came to the ring and looked toward the ring as Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke Takeshita, and Don Callis were in the ring.

Davis And Doyle (Mark Davis and Jake Doyle) (with Don Callis) defeated Alec Price and Jordan Oliver with with stereo pins with Davis hitting Piledriver on Alec and an Jake hitting Enter The Void on Jordan. Don Callis joined commentary for this match.  After the match Don Callis stood with Davis And Doyle speaking about FTR and how Davis And Doyle will bring the Tag Titles. FTR and Stokely Hathaway came on the screen with Stokely being the only one to speak running down Don Callis and vowing that FTR will retain. Don Callis got the last word in.

Andrade El Idolo defeated Magnus with the DM in a pretty competitive match. During the early stages, Andrade wore a shirt and would end up removing it after the crowd chanted for him too. Some of the crowd would later chant for him to take off his pants and Andrade did having traditional shorter wrestling gear. Late in the match, Andrade attempted to untie Magnus’s mask.

AEW TBS Title Match: Willow Nightingale defeated Julia Hart with the Babe With The Powerbomb to retain in a pretty competitive match. Skye Blue would run out to attempt to help Julia during the match but Harley Cameron came out to get her to the back.   The match started at about midnight and concluded at 12:11. Willow spoke to the crowd after with Harley Cameron and Orange Cassidy. Tony Khan came out to thank the crowd that remained for both episodes.
