For the second time ever, Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling (TJPW)—one of Japan’s largest and most prominent all-female professional wrestling organizations—will be touring Texas with a multi-city run in Spring 2026.
Last year, our team produced what became the largest Japanese professional wrestling event in the United States in over a decade, and we’re now expanding that momentum with a larger, more ambitious Texas tour. Given the historical and cultural significance of this event, we’d love to explore opportunities for coverage with your station.
Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling is a renowned Japanese women’s wrestling promotion known for its high-energy performances, athletic storytelling, and distinct Tokyo pop-culture presentation. A core part of TJPW’s mission is empowering women in sports entertainment, while challenging traditional ideas of who can succeed on a global stage.
Rare U.S. Appearance: This marks only the second time TJPW has toured the U.S. as a standalone attraction, offering American audiences a rare chance to experience elite Japanese women’s wrestling live.
Cultural Exchange: The tour introduces a major facet of modern Japanese pop culture to Texas audiences, blending sport, performance, and cross-cultural storytelling.
TOKYO STORY USA is dedicated to bridging Japanese and American culture through immersive live events, food, sport, and performance. Our mission is to create inclusive, memorable experiences that celebrate cultural diversity and global connection.
We are proud to present this tour in partnership with Queri, an innovative fan-engagement platform connecting audiences to East Asian entertainment in real time.
The tour will include stops in Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Houston, including an official SXSW-partnered event in Austin.
