California's Pro Wrestling Revolution announced:

Dragon Gate Tryouts!

We are thrilled to announce that tryouts for Dragon Gate Pro-Wrestling will take place on April 12th at the Pro Wrestling Revolution Training Academy in San Jose. Renowned for its dynamic and high-flying wrestling style, Dragon Gate was founded by the legendary Ultimo Dragon, a former Pro Wrestling Revolution World Heavyweight Champion.

Two of our luchadores, and graduates of the Pro Wrestling Revolution Training Academy, Viento and El Cucuy, have previously competed in Japan with Dragon Gate, showcasing their talent on an international stage.

The successful candidate from the tryout will earn an oppurtinity wrestle for Dragon Gate for up to three months. We encourage all aspiring wrestlers to seize this opportunity to invest in their careers.

Over the years, Pro Wrestling Revolution has facilitated tryouts for various prestigious promotions, helping talents get discovered by organizations like Lucha Underground, NOAH, All Japan, WWE ID, and now, Dragon Gate Pro-Wrestling.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair had been the talk on social media of late following some Cameo videos that were ordered but obviously saw Flair, not in the best condition, providing video messages that received bad reviews.  Flair responded publicly today, writing, "I wouldn’t want anyone to have a bad experience as they continue to come in. To make things right, I am more than happy to reimburse the individual who appears to be unhappy with their @Cameo. Please reach out to my law firm in Boston, Hartman Law. I apologize for not addressing this sooner."

The ECWA announced that referee Mike Kehner, one of the best Zebras who ever lived in my opinion, will be inducted into their Hall of Fame:

The next inductee into the ECWA Hall of Fame is legendary official Mike Kehner.

Mike Kehner competed in ECWA for a number of years, but he may be best known to fans as the man behind the stripes. A referee’s job often goes unnoticed when done right, yet Mike’s presence was always felt. He brought credibility, authority, and professionalism to every match he was a part of, helping elevate the talent in the ring and the stories being told.

Mike’s impact on professional wrestling goes far beyond any single promotion. Whether it was during his time in ECW, his leadership as President of WORLD-1 Wrestling, or his countless hours spent backstage mentoring young talent, Mike Kehner has consistently given back to the business. He understood that wrestling is not just about what happens between the ropes, but about building the next generation and preserving the integrity of the industry.

As an official, Mike had a reputation for fairness, consistency, and command. Wrestlers trusted him, promoters relied on him, and fans believed in the action because of him. As a leader and mentor, he was generous with his knowledge, patient with those learning the craft, and passionate about doing things the right way. Many performers who passed through locker rooms with Mike Kehner are better professionals today because of his guidance.

ECWA has always valued dedication, loyalty, and respect for the business, and Mike Kehner represents all of those qualities. His contributions helped shape careers, strengthen promotions, and uphold the standards of professional wrestling for decades.

Tonight, we honor a man whose influence reaches far beyond what any record book can capture. For his commitment, leadership, and lasting impact on the industry, it is our honor to induct Mike Kehner into the ECWA Hall of Fame.
