Kyle Fletcher vs Jack Perry - Continental Championship Tournament match
They lock up and Perry quickly gets an arm bar. Kyle shoots him off into the ropes and drops him with a shoulder tackle. They run the ropes, and Perry misses a drop-kick. They reset and move to mat wrestling where they go back and forth and break. Kyle gets a low drop-kick and starts working the ankle that Perry injured last night.
The ref makes the break and after a pause, Perry gets a series of chops. Kyle grabs an ankle lock and Perry gets to the ropes for the break. Kyle goes back to working the ankle. Kyle starts working over Perry in the corner. They fight through the ropes and Perry is able to get a tejaris in the ropes to send Kyle to the floor. Perry tries for a hurricanrana from the apron, and Kyle catches him and slams him into the ring.
Kyle rolls Perry into the ring and goes for the brain buster, but Kyle bites him to get released. Kyle gets a series of chops, but Kyle picks him up and tosses him into the ropes. Kyle goes to the floor and wraps Perry’s leg around the ringpost and then slams his leg between the steel steps and the ring. Kyle takes off Perry’s boot and stomps on it as it lies on the steel steps. As we go to picture in picture.
During the break, the doctor checked on Perry, and Kyle kept attacking the ankle. Kyle mocks Perry, who is limping. When we return to full screen, Perry hits an ineffectual shop and Kyle chops him. Perry gets a flying drop-kick as Kyle charges at him. Kyle charges into the corner into a big boot, and Perry drives him back with blows until Kyle tosses him to the corner. Perry comes off the ropes with a clothesline and Kyle rolls to the floor.
Perry goes to the floor and gets a casadora into a bulldog. When Perry tries again, Kyle catches him and hits a sheer drop brain buster on the ramp. Kyle drags Perry to the ring and rolls him in. Kyle hits a blue thunder bomb for two because that move never wins a match.
Kyle gets a running boot in the corner, puts Perry on top and Perry tries to fight his way free. Perry gets a power bomb on Kyle from the top and both men are down. Perry struggles to his feet and runs into Kyle, who catches him and gets a single leg crab. Perry kicks his way free and gets a snare trap on Kyle. Kyle crawls to the ropes for the break after nearly passing out.
They are in the center of the ring throwing hands and Perry gets a big boot. Kyle catches Perry for a half-and-half, a running boot and then hoists him. Perry is able to turn it into a takedown and hits a pile driver for two.
Two minutes remaining.
Kyle gets a rollup for two. Perry gets a rollup for two. Kyle gets a big kick and takes Perry to the top. Perry knocks Kyle to the mat and Kyle gets a big kick.

Kyle gets a running kick followed by a brain buster for the pin and the win.

Renee Paquette is in the back with Roderick Strong. Kyle O’Reilly shows up and asks Roderick about their situation and his friends in the Conglomeration after Roddy inspired him. He says that he wants a Christmas Miracle by beating Claudio Castagnoli.
Konosuke Takeshita vs Mascara Dorada - Continental Classic Tournament match
They lock up and Takeshita gets a snap mare. They trade takedowns and lock up again. They trade arm bars and Takeshita slams him backward and holds out a hand to help him up. They shake hands after Dorada gets up and they run the ropes. Dorada gets a crucifix pin for two. Takeshita chops Dorada down and then hammers him down in the corner. Dorada is able to get chop and tries shoulder tackles that don’t move Takeshita, who nails a big boot on the third. Dorada gets a series of strikes, goes to the ropes and after Takeshita tries to knock him off the rope, he gets a hurricanrana.
Takeshita goes to the floor and Dorada goes to the top of the ring posts and leaps, but misses Takeshita on the floor as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, they run the ropes and Dorada gets a round the world tejaris. Dorada goes to the top of the ring post and hits a moonsault onto Takeshita on the floor. Dorada rolls Takeshita into the ring and hits a 450 splash for two. Dorada gets a series of kicks and tries to go to the ropes, but Takeshita stops him. Takeshita gets a blue thunder bomb on Dorada for two only.
They throw hands in the middle of the ring and Dorada gets a kick and tries for a tejaris, but Takeshita blocks it. Takeshita tries for a power bomb, but Dorada blocks that and gets a poisonrana. Takeshita lands on his feet and gets a lariat for two.
Takeshita puts Dorada on the top and gets a buckle bomb. Takeshita goes to the top and Dorada gets strikes and kicks. Dorada gets a leaping head scissors takedown off the top rope. Takeshita is able to catch Dorada and gets a package pile driver. Dorada rolls through and turns it into a package for two. Dorada gets a running shooting star for two.
Dorada gets a running kick in the corner and they fight to the top. Takeshita gets a big lariat from the top and then a running knee strike. Takeshita gets the Raging Fire for the pin and the win.

Claudio Castagnoli vs Roderick Strong - Continental Classic Tournament match
Claudio starts with a running clothesline for two, and Roddy gets a rollup for two. Roddy fires blows at Claudio and then leaps at him. Claudio catches him and dumps him to the floor. Roddy is pulled to the top by Claudio who hits an avalanche suplex for two. Claudio gets another running clothesline for two. Claudio gets a running European uppercut for two. Roddy rolls to the floor and Claudio follows him and runs him into the barricade before returning to the ring and telling the ref to count.
Claudio attacks Roddy on the floor again and dumps him over the barricade before returning to the ring. Roddy gets back into the ring at 9 and is able to get a fireman’s carry suplex. Claudio gets running uppercuts in the corners. Roddy gets a kick before the third, and Roddy then gets jumping knee strikes on Claudio and covers for the pin and the win.
Winner and getting three points: Roderick Strong.
The Death Riders swarm Roddy after the bell, and this brings out Mark Briscoe with a club to chase them off. Shafir gets into the ring after that, and Toni Storm makes it to ringside and pulls her to the floor to attack her. As the Death Riders retreat, Toni shakes Briscoe's hand in the ring.
Stokely is backstage and accepts the Chicago Street Fight at World’s End for the Tag Team Titles.
We then get a hype video for the match between Kris Stadtlander and Jamie Hayter for the Women's World Title.
Kevin Knight vs Pac - Continental Classic Tournament match
They lock up and move to waistlocks and Knight gets a takedown. They wrestle back to their feet and work arm bars. Knight takes Pac down again before they go back to their feet and Pac gets to the ropes for a break. They lock up again and Pac shoves Knight into the ropes and they go back to arm bars. Pac gets a side headlock takeover for one only. They run the ropes and Pac gets a shoulder tackle. Knight gets an arm bar takeover and they go back and forth until Pac is clotheslined to the floor. Knight goes to leap onto him from the ring and Pac walks away.
Pac takes his time getting back in the ring and he gives Knight a kick before whipping him to the corner. Pac and Knight trade chops in the corner. Pac throws a series of blows and then slams Knight’s head into the mat. Pac slaps Knight dismissively, which fires up Knight. They throw hands in the middle of the ring and Knight gets leaping blows. Knight tosses Pac to the floor and leaps, but Pac gets out of the way. Knight instead gets a leaping clothesline on the floor.
Pac is rolled into the ring and Knight goes to the top. Pac rolls to the floor and Knight springs off the top rope for a dive. Pac is rolled back in the ring and then gets a pendulum DDT for two. Knight gives Pac ten in the corner. Knight gets a snap mare takeover and then a sliding shoulder tackle for two as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Knight fights out of a headlock. Pac shoves Knight to the corner and Knight fights his way out of the corner. Knight gets a leaping lariat and both men are down. Knight gets a second turnbuckle frog splash. Pac gets a scoop slam and goes to the top, but Knight is able to get a hurricanrana and follows with a rolling UFO splash for two.
They go back and forth in the corner until Knight charges at Pac, who tosses him over his shoulder where Knight goes over the top turnbuckle and to the floor. Knight returns to the ring and Pac puts him on top for a belly to belly suplex for two. Pac tries to grab the brutalizer, but Knight gets to the ropes. Knight gets a series of forearms and whips Pac to the ropes. Pac holds on and Knight misses a drop-kick. Pac comes off the ropes and Knight gets the drop-kick on this try. Knight gets a springboard lariat and then a pick up slam for two.
We are told there are five minutes remaining.
They go to the floor and Knight misses a leaping clothesline and Pac gets a German suplex on the floor. Pac returns to the ring after a quick blow on Knight and Knight returns to the ring on the count of 9. Pac gets to the top and Knight leaps up to join him and hits an avalanche suplex. Both men struggle to get up and they throw hands from being on their knees to their feet. Pac gets a quick series of kicks and when he goes to the corner, Knight charges into him. Knight goes to the top and hits a coast-to-coast drop-kick. Knight goes for the UFO splash, but Pac gets his knees up and covers for two.
One minute remaining.
Pac gets a running lariat for two. Pac goes to the top and goes for the Black Arrow and Knight gets his knees up and covers for two. They roll up back and forth for two counts and Pax gets the Brutalizer, but Knight does NOT tap out before the time limit expires.
A time limit draw: Both men get one point
Gabe Kidd cuts a promo about how he tosses Darby Allin down stairs and how the fans aren’t listening to him. He then asks how Darby will answer his challenge if he’s in the ICU. The lights go out and when they come back on, Darby is in the ring. Darby swings a bat at Kidd, who bails from the ring and Darby says on Saturday, it’s Kidd’s World’s End.

The Babes of Wrath (AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions) vs Hyan & Maya World
Harley and Hyan start the match and they trade quick takedowns. Harley gets a sling blade for one only. Willow is tagged in and they hit a two women back drop on Hyan for two. Maya tags in and Willow hoists her tags in Harley and after Willow slams Maya, she drops Harlot on Maya for two. This rings the tag team siren and all four women fight in the ring until Hyan and Maya are tossed to the floor. Harley holds them for Willow to get a cannonball from the apron as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Maya gets a blind tag and her and Hyan double team Harley and cover her for two. Harley gets a side suplex and crawls for the tag in Willow and Hyan also tags in. Willow runs wild and ends the sequence with a spinebuster for two broken up by Maya, who accidentally hits Hyan. Willow and Hyan trade quick two counts and Maya is tagged in. Willow suplexes them both and tags in Harley.
They double-team Hyan, and Harley gets on Willow’s back before Willow hits a senton on Hyan for two. Willow pounces Maya out of the ring. Harley and Willow hit a double team combination on Hyan and Harley gets the pin and they win.
Winners: The Babes of Wrath
Harley and Willow are going to tell us a Christmas story. They talk about their wanderings around New York City and Harley says she told Santa she has everything she ever wanted for Christmas and they ask Santa what he wants. Santa says he wants peace and harmony for everyone except Mercedes Mone and Athena at World’s End.
Jon Moxley vs Orange Cassidy - Continental Classic Tournament match
Cassidy goes for a rollup immediately for two. They go back and forth trying for high impact moves, but each blocking the other. Cassidy gets another rollup for two. Both men fall out of the ring as Mox tries for the death rider. They brawl on the floor and Mox is eventually whipped into the steel steps. Mox is run into the barricade and then rolls into the ring. Cassidy meets him in the corner for five in the corner. Cassidy then gets ten in the corner. Cassidy then gets another ten in the corner.
Cassidy charges toward Mox who dodges and then drop-kicks Cassidy to the floor. They resume brawling on the floor. Mox runs Cassidy into the steel steps. Mox beats down Cassidy in a chair at ringside. Mox gets a big boot and tolls Cassidy into the ring. Mox lifts Cassidy who turns it into a stundog millionaire and follows with forearm shots. They run the ropes and Mox hits a big elbow on Cassidy. Mox drops Cassidy on the top rope and then kicks him off the ropes.
They go to the top and Cassidy rakes Mox’s back and knocks him down. Cassidy gets a swinging DDT from the top as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Mox is trying to grab an arm bar, but Cassidy rolls backward to pin Mox for two. They throw hands in the middle of the ring. Cassidy finally goes for pockets and lays in serious kicks and a drop-kick to Mox’s knee.
We are given a ten-minute notice.
Cassidy stomps down Mox in the corner. Mox gets a back elbow and both men are down. Cassidy gets an orange punch, but he can’t follow up and Mox rolls to the floor. Cassidy dives into Mox on the floor. They fight on the floor again and this time on top of the barricade. Cassidy gets a DDT into the timekeeper's table. They crawl back to the ring and re-enter the ring at 9.
In the ring Cassidy is the first one up and Mox pops up immediately and gets a bulldog choke., Cassidy rolls it into a pin for two. Cassady hits the Orange Punch. Mox fires back with a lariat. Mox hits the Gotch style pile driver for two. Mox goes for another rear naked choke, but Cassidy fights it off and grabs an ankle lock.
Five minutes to go.
Cassidy gets a takedown for a half crab and Mox rolls through and kicks his way free. Cassidy gets the spinning DDT and hits another Orange Punch. Cassidy hits another Orange Punch. Cassidy hits yet another. Cassidy hits one more and then hits beach break for two. Mox gets a small package for the pin and the win.

Speedball Mike Bailey vs Kazuchika Okada
Don Callis joins commentary.
They lock up and Okada forces them to the ropes immediately. Bailey reverses and breaks clean, but Okada gets a rollup for two. They trade quick rollups and two counts until Bailey misses a spin kick. Okada calls for a handshake, but kicks Bailey in the midsection. Bailey gets a small package for two. Bailey gets a pump kick to knock Okada to the floor and Bailey springboards off the second rope into a moonsault onto Okada on the floor.
They return to the ring and Bailey misses a leap from the top, but Okada grabs Bailey for a high flapjack. Okada gets a neck breaker for one only. Okada slams Bailey’s head into the top turnbuckle and then lays in a series of blows. He puts Bailey on the top, and joins him. Bailey knocks Okada down and hits a missile drop-kick from the top. Bailey gets a mule kick, a pair of other kicks and then misses a running shooting star press. Okada is able to get a shoulder breaker and goes to the top for an elbow drop.
Okada flips us all the bird, and tries for the rainmaker, but Bailey fights free. They trade forearm shots and Bailey gets a series of big kicks. Bailey then gets a spinning heel kick as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Okada and Bailey are throwing hands. Okada takes control and hits a series of unanswered blows. He offers Bailey his jaw and Bailey kicks him down. They run the ropes and Okada hits a drop-kick and tries for a rainmaker, but Bailey is able to reverse into a hurricane and a for a rollup for two. Okada reverses for two. Bailey gets a PK and tries for a backflip knee stomp, but Okada rolls out of the way. Bailey goes to the apron for a leap, Okada goes for a baseball slide, but Bailey dodges and then backflips from the apron onto Okada on the floor.
We are told ten minutes remain.
Bailey puts Okada on the apron. Okada fights free and drop-kicks Bailey to the floor. Both men are down, recovering. Okada grabs Bailey on the floor and they each attempt big moves until Bailey gets the backflip knee stomp. They get into the ring at 8 and Bailey gets a spinning roundhouse kick for two. Okada goes to the top and Bailey joins him as they fight on top. Bailey is knocked to the mat and then climbs up again. Okada knocks him to the mat and Okada stomps Bailey down every time Bailey tries to pull himself up.
Bailey finally gets back up to the top for a hurricanrana from the top. Bailey hits Ultimo Weapon on Okada’s back, and Okada rolls out of the ring to avoid being pinned. Bailey goes to the floor and beats down Okada on the floor. He rolls Okada into the ring.
Fine minutes remaining.
Bailey takes too much time to capitalize and Okada gets a back slide. Bailey escapes, but Okada hits a rainmaker. Bailey gets a big kick and then a running kick in the corner. Bailey gets another Ultimo Weapon for two. Bailey hoists Okada and they go into the ropes and Bailey gets a rollup for two. Okada is able to get a back drop and kneels down for the pin and the win.
