ABOUT KPOP DEMON HUNTERS and EJAE, AUDREY NUNA and REI AMI

KPOP DEMON HUNTERS

In addition to being the most-watched Netflix animated original film of all time, KPop Demon Hunters is Netflix's most popular English-language film ever. KPop Demon Hunters (Soundtrack from the Netflix Film) is the first soundtrack with four simultaneous Top 10 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 and is the No. 2 most-streamed album overall of 2025 on Spotify.

When they aren't selling out stadiums, Kpop superstars Rumi, Mira and Zoey use their secret identities as badass demon hunters to protect their fans from an ever-present supernatural threat.

Together, they must face their biggest enemy yet - an irresistible rival boy band of demons in disguise.

EJAE

EJAE (born Eun Jae Kim) is a New York City-based songwriter, vocalist, and artist. She is the singing voice of Rumi, the leader of Huntr/x, the girl group featured in the hit Netflix/Sony animated movie KPop Demon Hunters. In addition to performing all of Rumi's vocals, EJAE played a crucial role in the music & development of the movie, with director Maggie Kang calling her the "heart and soul" of the girl group. EJAE co-wrote the record-breaking single "Golden," which has topped the Billboard Hot 100 Charts, Billboard Global 200 Chart, and been streamed over 1 billion times and counting on Spotify. She also wrote several other top 20 Billboard Hot 100 tracks from the soundtrack, including "How It's Done", "Your Idol" for the rival boy group Saja Boys, and the score's "Hunters Mantra" which is an integral part of the movie's musical throughline. The soundtrack became the first ever in Billboard history to have four songs simultaneously chart on the Billboard Top 10.

Beyond her work on KPop Demon Hunters, EJAE has written, vocal-directed, and contributed her vocals for several world-renowned K-pop groups. Her catalog includes major hits like aespa's "Drama" and "Armageddon," Red Velvet's iconic track "Psycho," and songs with artists such as Le Sserafim, TWICE, Taeyeon, NMIXX, and Fifty Fifty, amongst others.

EJAE draws songwriting inspiration from her experiences as a former K Pop trainee and her multi-cultural upbringing, having been raised in both Seoul and the United States. Her unique ability to create melodies and concepts that resonate across global markets without losing authenticity has made her a go-to name in K-pop and beyond.

AUDREY NUNA

Born to Korean immigrant parents in New Jersey, where she was one of few Asian Americans in her suburban town, she began teaching herself how to record as a teenager out of sheer boredom. In 2018, her raw self-released tracks began to garner online attention, leading to a record deal with Arista by age 20 and her decision to leave NYU's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music after just a year. Her 2021 debut album a liquid breakfast introduced the world to her singular sound-surrealist storytelling, moody vocals, and off-kilter production-earning critical acclaim and festival slots at Lollapalooza, Head in the Clouds, Day N Vegas, and Hangout. Her follow-up,TRENCH, arrived in late 2024 and pushed her vision further, exploring vulnerability and power across two halves:Soft Skin and Hard Feelings. The album spans frenetic tracks like "Suckin Up" and "Mine," alongside the dreamy "Starving" ft. TeezoTouchdown, cementing Nuna's range and signature genre-blurring style. Now, Nuna enters an exciting new chapter of her career-one defined by creative independence, global momentum, and a wave of unexpected success. Her breakout contribution to the KPop: Demon Hunters (Soundtrack from the Netflix Film), "Golden," became a viral phenomenon, hitting No. 1 on Spotify's Daily Top Songs Globalchart and propelling the album to No. 1 on theBillboard 200-the biggest streaming week for a soundtrack in over three years. The song is now being submitted for Academy Award consideration and has introduced Nuna to a massive new international audience.

On the heels of that success, Nuna wrapped her first-ever U.S. headline tour this spring, followed by a global run that includes debut shows in Tokyo, Sydney, and Melbourne, and a major festival slot at Korea's Pentaport Festival. Alongside her music, Nuna launched a philanthropic initiative focused on educational equity during her U.S. tour. In partnership with COACH Foundation, City Year received a $10,000 grant for their public school programming. In addition, Audrey visited classrooms for Q&As, and established a $4,000 scholarship for BIPOCwomen in STEM, design, or sustainability. The international expansion of her live show marks a major new milestone in Nuna's rise-one driven by word of mouth, genre-fluid artistry, an uncompromising sense of vision, and sights set on global stardom.

REI AMI

The unmistakably high-octane artist, producer and songwriter, REI AMI, is currently reveling as the singing voice of Zoey of HUNTR/X from Netflix's now most popular film, KPop Demon Hunters with "Golden"- one of the most listened to songs of 2025 on Spotify at over 1 billion streams and counting. The song has reigned over 18 weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 in addition to topping the Billboard Hot 100. The film's soundtrack is 5X GRAMMY nominated with the film receiving 3 Golden Globe Nominations. REI AMI is also featured across several other top 20 Billboard and Hot 100 tracks from the soundtrack including "How It's Done", "Takedown" and "What It Sounds Like". The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack is now the first ever in Billboard history to have four songs simultaneously chart on the Billboard Top 10.

Prior to KPop Demon Hunters, REI AMI had already amassed a cult following over 1 billion streams across DSPs - performing at festivals across the world, toured alongside Tinashe, and was coined "one to watch" by Billboard upon her debut.

From her very first release in 2019 backed by a self-produced $50 music video shot in her Maryland hometown, REI AMI made a name for herself with debut singles "MAKE IT MINE" and "SNOWCONE." She then quickly followed up with her ubiquitous and status sealing smashes "DICTATOR" and "Freak"' with artist Sub Urban garnering hundreds of millions of streams. 2021 introduced REI AMI's debut mixtape FOIL followed by her 2023 EP, 'Shhh.'

The Seoul born, DMV raised artist, is currently ushering in her most authentic, sonically boundary pushing era of her entire career. Drawing from the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Lauryn Hill and Britney Spears, REI AMI is an artistic chameleon in every sense - unafraid of expressing exactly what's on her mind - in music and beyond. REI AMI is breathing fresh life into a world of music with records carrying confident alt-rock punching like the rawness of hip-hop juxtaposed by melodic R&B and dream-pop. The #REIBIES have a lot to celebrate on the heels of so many entertainment industry records broken, yet the best is yet to come. REI AMI is currently recording her hotly anticipated debut LP.
