MLW announced:
Big man chaos ahead as Doc Gallows enters Battle RIOT VIII.
ORLANDO, FL – Major League Wrestling (MLW) today announced Doc Gallows as a participant in MLW Battle RIOT VIII on Thursday, January 29 at the Osceola Heritage Park Events Center in Kissimmee, FL.

Brother me softly! This will mark the first Battle RIOT appearance for Doc Gallows, and he won’t be entering alone. Gallows joins his longtime tag team partner and Good Brother, “Machine Gun” Karl Anderson, as one of the confirmed combatants in MLW’s biggest and most chaotic match of the year.
With 40 competitors entering every 60 seconds, timing can be everything — and if fortune smiles on the Good Brothers with entry numbers close together, the RIOT could suddenly tilt in their favor. A numbers advantage inside the madness? That’s a dangerous proposition for everyone else in the ring.
Gallows arrived in MLW this past fall alongside Anderson with the goal of storming the MLW tag team ranks, but the Battle RIOT presents something even bigger. The winner of the RIOT earns a guaranteed shot at the MLW World Championship, meaning Gallows could leapfrog straight into a collision course with MLW World Champion Mads Krule Krugger.
And the potential chaos doesn’t stop there.
Speculation is already swirling about what could happen if Gallows finds himself face-to-face with one of the MLW World Tag Team Champions, the Skyscrapers — Bishop Dyer or Donovan Dijak. Towering size. Relentless power. No disqualifications. If those forces collide inside the RIOT, fans may want to batten down the hatches — because that would be nothing short of a pier 6 brawl.
The Battle RIOT is unlike anything else in MLW. Two competitors start the match, and every 60 seconds a new combatant enters. Eliminations occur by pinfall, submission, or throwing an opponent over the top rope with both feet hitting the floor. With no disqualifications and bodies flying in from all angles, it is the largest, wildest, and most unpredictable match of the year.
On January 29, Doc Gallows steps into the RIOT — and the ring may not be big enough to contain the damage.
