MLW announced:
History will be made in Bangkok, Thailand December 13.
Major League Wrestling will make history on Saturday, December 13, when the MLW Women’s World Featherweight Championship is defended in Thailand for the first time ever. Champion Shoko Nakajima will put the title on the line against Singapore Pro Wrestling standout Alexis Lee as part of the “TJPW LIVE in Bangkok” event.
A landmark moment in MLW’s global expansion, the bout showcases MLW’s growing presence across Asia and reinforces the league’s commitment to elevating its champions on the world stage.
Nakajima, who captured the Women’s World Featherweight Title with trademark speed, ferocity, and unshakable fighting spirit, now enters Bangkok aiming to further solidify her run as one of the most dynamic champions in MLW history. Standing across from her will be Alexis Lee—an international competitor whose power, striking, and relentless drive have made her one of Southeast Asia’s most respected and dangerous athletes.
With the championship on the line in front of a passionate Bangkok crowd, both competitors aim to leave an enduring mark on a groundbreaking night.
“This is what Major League Wrestling is all about,” said MLW CEO Court Bauer. “Our champions aren’t just fighting for belts—they’re carrying the banner of Major League Wrestling to new destinations, new cultures, and new fans around the world. Seeing a world title defended in Thailand for the first time speaks to the momentum and global reach of what we’re building.”
The event marks yet another international milestone for MLW as it continues forging partnerships, expanding its footprint, and elevating the sport across continents.
