Painter tried to fire back and finally nailed a back elbow. He came off the ropes but was caught. He escaped and nailed a kick to the mid-section. He went for a butterfly suplex but Something was too strong and backdropped him over. He charged but was caught with a superkick. Something went for a bodypress off the ropes but was caught, only to turn it into a DDT. Painter nailed a charging clothesline and leapt off the ropes, hitting a backstabber for a two count. Painter went for a move but was caught and slammed down. Something nailed his Black Hole Slam and pinned Painter.

Your winner, Jake Something!

This was a little more competitive than you'd have expected but the finish was never in question.

They aired a 2010 Final Resolution match between the criminally underrated Doug Williams and AJ Styles.

They paid tribute to the late, great Don West by going through the Trending Topics of the week.

Gia Miller interviewed JDC. He apologized for being a jerk last time he was on, saying he's been through a lot. Miller noted he recently announced he is coming to the end of his run for the promotion and will be exiting. He said D-Von Dudley told him how quickly time will pass and it's been 27 years for JDC. He said he's grateful. Sometimes you get so caught up with your character, you can become ungrateful. He's grateful for his time in TNA. He's been in locker rooms where he could be ungrateful. It can be tough being in locker rooms with people you don't gel with. He praised everyone in TNA in front of and behind the cameras in production.

Miller after JDC what was next after he retires. He and his wife intend to start a family in the next year or two. He said it's scary because you become institutionalized and get worried about how you can make it in the real world. He's started a construction company in recent years and he will slowly segue into that but he'd like to also stay in TNA and perhaps do some producing or something. It's hard to completely leave when you've put so much time and energy into something. He joked he'll probably be more involved now that he says he's leaving. To see how far TNA has come in recent years is special. He feels TNA is truly a family so he hopes they'll keep him around somewhere, joking he can be a caterer or build the set.

They recapped Eric Young vs. JDC from last week's Impact.

Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford vs. Myla Grace and Harley Hudson

This was filmed the night before Blanchard wasn't "medically cleared" to compete at Turning Point.

Tessa opened up with Harley, with Hudson taking her down and nailing an armbar. Myla tagged in and used some nice grappling to keep Blanchard off balance. Grace looked good. Victoria pulled a Midnight Express trick and used a blind tag but Grace knocked her off the apron and used a rana to send Tessa into the buckles. Grace nailing a running boot that took out Tessa, who hung through the ropes before rolling off the apron to the floor.

Crawford battled with Hudson. Crawford caught her with a boot to the head and then shoulderblocked Hudson. Hudson came back with a drop toehold and a shoulder tackle. She nailed a bulldog as the crowd got behind her. She covered Crawford for a two count with a legdrop. Crawford snapped her on the ropes. Hudson went to the floor, where Tessa tossed her back in. Crawford nailed a Northern Lights suplex for a two count.

Crawford controlled Hudson and tagged out. Blanchard knocked Grace in the corner. Hudson battled out and tagged Grace. She nailed a big clothesline on Tessa. She nailed a twisting pedigree slam for a two count. Blanchard came back to nail a sit-out powerbomb but Blanchard was dropkicked to break it up. Grace nailed a big missile dropkick on Tessa. Tessa drilled her with a superkick and nailed a Buzzsaw for the pin.

Your winners, Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford!

Competitive bout. Hudson and Grace showed a lot of potential.
