Matt Cardona, under his old WWE ring name of Zack Ryder, made his WWE main roster return on Smackdown as part of the John Cena Last Time is Now tournament.
WWE is already selling Zack Ryder merchandise online, utilizing old designs.
Cardona, using his real name, appeared on WWE NXT as part of the TNA roster several weeks back.
This was his first time on WWE TV as Zack Ryder since March 2020, when he lost to Bobby Lashley on an episode of Raw.
