With Cyndi Lauper going into the R&R Hall of Fame finally, has there ever been any intel as to why she was never involved with and/or put into the WWE one? From the missed opportunity of inducting Wendi Richter to being honored herself in certain anniversaries of the Rock and Wrestling Connection, I've always been baffled as to why this never happened?
In the past, I was told it was a timing issue as she was on tour during times it was mentioned, but I don't get it either. She was a massive part of what put WWF on the map in the 1980s and she deserves to be honored, as long as she wants to be involved.
So what are the odds that LA Knight’s opponent on Smackdown in the Cena Tournament is Brock Lesnar?

Admittedly, I don’t have a great understanding of the monetization of video uploads on social media, YouTube, etc. Do you think WWE’s almost immediate upload of RAW, SD, NXT and PLE videos is hurting the actual broadcast viewership much? I’m just one person but I feel that I can watch Monday Night Football and anything important/relevant from WWE will show up in my feed within minutes of it happening (in perfect quality). Plus, it takes away the “need” for me to then go back and watch RAW because I’ve already seen the important stuff.
They obviously feel the ability to have fans watch and share content online, whether it goes "viral' or not, is more important than whether you go back to watch the entire show. The show has been monetized by licensing it to Netflix. They want social media numbers they can tout to licensees, advertisers, etc. It's about that revenue stream and the clout that comes with the numbers.

Carter is President for the Carter family business, Panda Biotech in the industrial hemp industry. The family formerly had Panda Energy but pivoted.
