There used to be unwritten rules in WWE about getting tattoos and that if you did it without permission, you'd get in trouble.  Certainly that was true in the Vince McMahon era, but does that hold today?

I haven't heard that the old edict still holds true in the TKO era, but it stands to reason that if they are licensing certain looks of talents for action figures and other pieces of merchandise, they don't want there to be sudden changes that makes what they are selling immediately out-dated.

If Ted DiBiase defended the WWF title, why isn't he considered a former champion?

DiBiase made a handful of appearances on WWF house shows the weekend after he bought the WWF title from Andre the Giant in February 1988, but the storyline was that WWF ruled Andre had vacated the belt and was not able to sell it, so DiBiase was never "officially" recognized.

When will the WWE Network end?

I would think that if and when they lock in deals to license that content in whatever markets don't have deals with Netflix, etc.  they will shut down operations of the Network.  It's far more financially successful to license the content and be paid for it as opposed to running their own direct to consumer operation.

Who owns the PWG library?

Highspots has the rights to the DVDs and its streaming library, but PWG is still owned by Super Dragon.  They have not run in a number of years.

Who owns the CHIKARA library?

I would believe that library would still be owned by Mike Quackenbush.
