Where is this weekend's AAA show airing?
It is not airing in the United States. If you are in Mexico, it is slated for HBO Max.
Any update on Piper Niven?
The last we heard, she and the company were trying to determine the best course of action for treatment for a neck issue. It's not something that should be rushed and as we saw with Kevin Owens, it takes time to get that diagnosis. We wish her the best.
If you could go back and put a celebrity in Wrestlemania, who would they be?
This is a silly question. I'd want Fishbone to play at Wrestlemania 11, since I was robbed of that, but given they were paid not to play, I am sure they are OK with it. Fishbone rules.
Does WWE own TNA now?
No, but I'd be shocked if they didn't have the right to purchase it outright if someone else made an offer.
Do you think WWE will realize they are forcing out families with the prices of their shows now? Second row for a house show in Bridgeport, near where I live is $800. A year or so ago, that same ticket was $160. They are going down a bad road. I make a good $85K a year and I can't afford to take my kids to see the show. That's nuts when you think about it.
Well, TKO's Marc Shapiro is on record saying he feels Vince McMahon targeted families and not a higher ticket premium and TKO wants the higher ticket prices. It's not going to change and in fact, will likely get higher over time. The old days and the old ways and the old traditions are dead, and certainly, that sucks for fans who are now being priced out. I don't disagree with you at all, but the company is all about squeezing every last penny out of every single thing they can, and that's their right.
