Former TNA star Trenesha Biggers is slated for a hearing in NYC criminal court this Thursday 10/30 at 9 AM.
Court records currently indicate that Biggers is facing the following charges, all of which she has plead not guilty:
*Criminal trespass in the second degree - a misdemeanor. The charge is levied when someone knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a dwelling, Conviction can result in up to a year in jail, a fine and other potential consequences.
*Criminal trespass in the third degree - This charge is brought when someone "knowingly enters or remains unlawfully on property that is fenced or otherwise enclosed to exclude intruders, or on school grounds, a housing project, or a railroad yard." This is a class B misdemeanor, potentially leading to up to 3 months in jail and/or a fine of up to $500 upon conviction.
*Trespass - "A person is guilty of trespass when he knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in or upon premises." Upon conviction, one could be sentenced to up to 15 days in jail.
The second case against Biggers features the following charges:
*Criminal mischief in the fourth degree - A misdemeanor, this charge is brought when someone allegedly "intentionally damages another person's property, intentionally destroying an abandoned building, and recklessly damaging property resulting in over $250 in damage. It also covers intentionally disabling communication equipment to prevent someone from seeking emergency help."
*Criminal Mischief, Property Damage greater than $250 - a felony, this charge is brought if someone allegedly "intentionally damages someone else's property and the damage exceeds $250." In this case, the prosecution must prove the defendant intended to damage the property. If convicted of The Class E felony, one can receive a prison sentence of up to 4 years, as well as probation and fines. They can also be ordered to pay restitution.
*Criminal trespass in the second degree - a misdemeanor. The charge is levied when someone knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a dwelling, Conviction can result in up to a year in jail, a fine and other potential consequences.

TMZ reported on 7/25 that "Tenants reported [Biggers] remained on the premises without permission, in violation of an order of eviction she was previously served." The article claims that there had been previous issues with Biggers at the residence.
Biggers was part of the 2005 WWE Diva Search and was signed to a developmental contract after failing to make it past the top 25 contestants in the search. She was sent to Deep South Wrestling but was released in May 2006. She worked for a number of independent promotions and in Japan before signing with Impact Wrestling (TNA) in 2008, departing that promotion in 2009. Biggers last wrestled in 2011 for the now-defunct Lucha Libre USA promotion, which aired on MTV.
Biggers is being represented by a public defender.
