THE SETH ATTACK, BOOKING MATTERS A LOT, TNA'S BIG HOUSE AND MORE

If I told you a couple of years ago that a TNA PPV would outsell an AEW PPV you'd have called me crazy, but unless AEW sells 1K+ more tickets to WrestleDream in the next couple of days, that's exactly what's going to happen. Is this more about the rise of TNA or the fall of AEW?

I think it’s a mix of both.  TNA had a lot of irons in the fire for Bound For Glory and AEW has cooled off from where it was a few years ago.

I know Tony Khan skips many steps in his booking that could add interest & depth to his angles, or they are pure Russo-style shock value moments.  HHH, by and large, embraces the slow burn and having layers & intrigue.  With the current state of some WWE storylines, does HHH get too cute for his own good sometimes?  The recent wave of babyfaces treating each other like crap, or with what I perceive as the murky waters of Roman Reigns and the Usos recent interactions.  He seems to have his babyfaces exhibiting some very unlikeable qualities.  Roman is extremely heelish when he talked to the Usos.  I like some looming questions to keep me engaged, but I also like clearly defined heels/babyfaces.  Thoughts?

I agree 100 percent and have been saying that for a while.  What made HHH’s booking so good until earlier this year was that we knew where people stood and we got behind who they were, either as a heel or a face.  Now?  It’s a mess.  As you mentioned, the top babyfaces on Raw are being anything but babyfaces with their constant sniping at each other.  When HHH doesn’t book them that way, they tell each other how much they respect them….but….He seems to be trying to renivent a wheel that was working perfectly fine on its own.  I hope he realizes that sooner rather than later.

There didn't appear to be any signs of Bron Breakker turning on Seth that I caught.

I guess it’s all in perception.  I have seen inklings of Bron wondering when it would his time.  Plus, every time Seth talked to or about Bron like he was a jabroni that needed his tutelage, I wondered why Bron didn’t lay him out.  He has already established himself and doesn’t need to protect a prima donna.  It will be interested to see how it plays out.

Who winds up the babyfaces here?

At first, it shouldn’t be Seth or The Brons.  Seth was a tool for a while now and the Brons should be badass heels until the time comes for one of them to break away from the other.
