AEW WRESTLEDREAM WEEK, KOTA IBUSHI UNDERGOES SURGERY TO REPAIR BROKEN FEMUR, CONFIRMED TEAM-UPS IN THE AEW-JUSTICE LEAGUE COMIC SERIES & MORE

Kota Ibushi announced on his Instagram that he underwent surgery to repair the broken femur he suffered last week at the AEW Collision taping and noted on Instagram that Tony Khan came by to see him in the hospital:

At the AEW x DC panel at New York Comic Con over the weekend, it was revealed that the two-part comic book series featuring AEW stars teaming with The Justice League will feature Jon Moxley and Guy Gardner teaming up (which is hilarious), Wonder Woman teaming with Willow Nightingale, Swerve Strickland with John Stewart, Harley Quinn teaming with Orange Cassidy (manic energy vs. no energy).  Tony Khan joked during the panel that he'd like to be teamed with Lex Luthor.  I can also confirm that one of my all-time favorite characters, Booster Gold will be teaming up with Excalibur.    

This Wednesday. AEW will present Dynamite, followed by one hour of Collision on TBS & HBO Max from Kansas City, Missouri from the Cable Dahmer Arena, featuring:

*AEW Trios Champion s The Opps vs. LFI.

*AEW Champion Hangman Page to appear on commentary during Trios match.

*AEW Women's World Champion  Kris Statlander and Toni Storm  will have "famous last words" before WrestleDream 

*Kenny Omega & Jurassic Express vs. Josh Alexander & Mark Davis & Hechicero.

*The Gates of Agony  vs  Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin 

*Claudio Castagnoli  vs  Roderick Strong 

*Darby Allin and Jon Moxley will go face to face,

*Orange Cassidy  & Kyle O’Reilly  vs  Wheeler Yuta & Daniel Garcia 

*Skye Blue  vs  Jamie Hayter 

This Saturday 10/18, AEW will present Wrestledream on PPV, Prime Video and HBO Max, featuring:

*AEW Champion Hangman Page vs. Samoa Joe.

*AEW TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher vs. Mark Briscoe.

*AEW Women's Champion Kris Statlander vs. Toni Storm.

*AEW Tag Team Champions Bandido & Brody King vs. Kazuchika Okada & Konosuke Takeshita

*The Young Bucks vs. Jurassic Express for $500,000.

*Darby Allin vs. Jon Moxley - I Quit Match.
