Dwayne Johnson's The Smashing Machine is now projected to do a $6M-$7M opening weekend.
Last month, it was projected to do $20M on opening weekend, but that was before Taylor Swift announced that she would be releasing her movie Taylor Swift: The Official Release Party of a Showgirl this weekend as well. Swift's movie is projected to do $29M-$31M.
