WWE Hall of Famer and all time great Jerry Lawler was interviewed by Memphis FOX affiliate channel 13 earlier today about his recent stroke.
Lawler told FOX13's Valerie Calhoun that he had not been taking his medication in the days leading to his stroke.
In the wake of the stroke, Lawler, 75, stated he is having trouble with his vision and didn't even recognize his own house when he returned home to Memphis from Florida.
Lawler stated that beyond that, he feels good.
"I remember lying in the bed in the hospital and when people that I knew, like family members, came in and I didn't even recognize them," Lawler said. "People kept coming out of nowhere to thank me and to pray for me. All of that means such a great, great deal to me and I want to thank them for all that."
