We've had several readers ask about the availability of WWE WrestlePalooza on 9/20 in movie theaters since this is the first WWE event being carried by ESPN's app. As of this evening, nothing has been officially announced.
In checking around, there are several Regal theaters in the NYC area listing WrestlePalooza for their theater starting at 5 PM Eastern wth tickets priced at $25. Those tickets are currently on sale.
The AMC app has a listing for the event but there are no tickets currently on sale.
Fandango announced a partnership with WWE that began at Summerslam this past August. In searching for WrestlePalooza, currently they only have a video promoting the event but no links to theaters or ticket sales (yet).
So, while nothing has been officially unveiled, all signs are that the event will air in select movie theaters. Check your local listings to see if it will be screened at your theater of choice.
