With the announcement that John Cena will make his last Boston appearance at the 11/10 Raw, obviously there was a change in plans as initially he was announced as having his last ever match at a Boston Saturday Night's Main Event on 12/10.
PWInsider.com is told by WWE sources that SNME will still take place in December, but it will not emanate from Boston. We are told that the new location will likely not be in the New England area, either.
The plan all along, as mentioned by Cena's own father in Boston media, was for Cena to finish out in Boston, but obviously WWE is pivoting.
