- The show starts with a moment of silence for the victims of last week's school shooting in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- A video package airs highlighting what went down last week between TNA World Champion Trick Williams and Mike Santana.
- TNA Director Of Authority Santino Marella makes his way to the ring, Santino says he has to address what happened last week with Trick Williams on TNA Impact. Santino admits that Williams made him angry last week, Santino says he has to hire a lawyer after he attacked Williams’ lawyer last week. Santino says that Williams will defend the world title against Mike Santana at TNA Bound For Glory, Santana interrupts and he makes his way to the ring. Santana celebrates the announcement made by Santino, Santana promises to win the championship at TNA Bound For Glory. Santana says he may appear on WWE NXT to confront Williams.
- Gia Miller interviews Mara Sade & The Hardys, Sade says it was disgusting that Special Agent Zero attacked her and injured her last week. Matt Hardy says Order 4 crossed the line last week, Jeff Hardy says Order 4 is going to pay tonight.
- Moose confronts Mike Santana outside of the arena, Moose wishes Santana luck at TNA Bound For Glory. AJ Francis arrives while talking to Trick Williams on the phone, Moose insults Francis and then challenges him to a match next week on TNA Impact.
- Ryan Nemeth makes his way to the ring, Nemeth says Nic Nemeth returns to TNA Wrestling tonight. Matt Cardona interrupts and he makes his way to the ring, Cardona says he has a match tonight and he wants Ryan to leave the ring. Cardona says that nobody cares about what Ryan has to say, Ryan says that Cardona is jealous of his brother. Nemeth swings at Cardona and Cardona hits him with his microphone.
Matt Cardona vs. Frankie Kazarian
The match begins with Cardona backing Kazarian into the corner before Kazarian hides in the ropes, Kazarian returns and he nails Cardona with some strikes followed by a shoulder tackle. Cardona recovers and he nails Kazarian with a drop kick, Cardona follows up by hitting Kazarian with a flapjack for a near fall. Kazarian misses a leg drop before falling out of the ring, Cardona then drops Kazarian with a through the ropes drop kick. Ryan Nemeth returns and Cardona drops him along with Kazarian, Cardona follows Kazarian around the arena floor while landing strikes. Ryan interferes again as Cardona enters the ring and Kazarian gains control as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Kazarian nailing a downed Cardona with strikes before applying a chin lock to him. Cardona gets free and he exchanges clotheslines with Kazarian, Cardona drops Kazarian a few more times before landing a face buster.
Cardona then hits Kazarian with a missile drop kick from the middle rope, Kazarian leaves the ring and Cardona nails him with a through the ropes Reboot. Cardona gets Kazarian back in the ring and Nemeth distracts Cardona, Kazarian hits Cardona with a slingshot cutter for a near fall. Cardona fights back and he nails a swinging Kazarian with a spine buster for a near fall, Ryan interferes again and Cardona hits him with Radio Silence. Kazarian then hits Cardona with Fade To Black for a three count.
Winner: Frankie Kazarian
After the match, Gia Miller interviews Frankie Kazarian and Kazarian says that Miller sucks at her job. Kazarian then does a mock interview with himself to show just how awesome he is, Kazarian says his sights are set on the TNA International Championship held by Steve Maclin. Kazarian insults Maclin and that brings Maclin to the ringside area, Maclin challenges Kazarian to a fight and Kazarian avoids him.
- Highlights are shown of last weeks match between The Inspiration and Fatal Influence.
- The Inspiration appear and they say they are feeling great about last weeks win, they also say they will keep an eye out on the Elegance Brand’s title celebration tonight.
- Highlights are shown of Ash By Elegance defeating Jacy Jayne and Masha Slamovich to win the TNA Knockouts World Championship at NXT Heatwave.
- The Elegance Brand make their way to the ring for their TNA Knockouts Title Celebration, The Personal Concierge does an introduction for Ash By Elegance as she makes her way to the ring. A painting was commissioned for Ash and it is presented to her during the celebration, Ash is also presented with custom made champagne. Ash gets the microphone and she thanks everybody while talking about how great she is, Ash says she is the savior of TNA after winning the TNA Knockouts World Championship. Masha Slamovich interrupts and makes her way to the entrance ramp, Slamovich calls the celebration garbage and she calls Ash a coward. Slamovich says that she will be challenging for the TNA Knockouts World Championship at TNA Victory Road, Slamovich hits the ring and she attacks The Elegrance Brand members. Slamovich eventually gets overwhelmed before being saved by Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee, a massive brawl breaks out between everybody until The Inspiration also hit the ring and the painting gets destroyed.
- The TNA Injury Report airs next, which reveals that JDC will still be out of action, while Mara Sade is cleared after being attacked last week, and The Rascalz have been cleared for in-ring competition, plus Trick Williams has been cleared after last weeks attack.
- A video package airs featuring Mustafa Ali, who says he is airing a final warning to anybody who opposes Order 4. Ali talks about how The System has taken a stand against Order 4, Ali promises to destroy The System if they fight back against Order 4.
TNA Knockouts World Championship #1 Contender Match
Jody Threat vs. Dani Luna vs. Indi Hartwell
The match begins with Luna knocking Threat into Hartwell before rolling her up for a near fall, Hartwell returns and she lays out both competitors. Hartwell and Threat then drop Luna with a double back body drop, Threat then corners Hartwell before landing some clotheslines. Threat follows up by hitting Hartwell with a short arm clothesline followed by a suplex for a near fall, Threat picks up Luna and she sends her into Hartwell. Hartwell sends Luna out of the ring and Luna gets her out, Threat then takes out both opponents with a suicide dive. Threat gets Hartwell back in the ring before eating a few strikes, Hartwell then drops Threat with a big boot. Hartwell climbs the ropes and Luna shoves her down to the arena floor, Luna then hits Threat with a kryptonite crunch for a near fall. Luna follows up by choking Threat and knocking Hartwell back to the arena floor, Luna then stretches Threat’s arm along the top rope.
Hartwell returns and Luna drops her with an exploder suplex, Threat gets up and she attacks Luna with chops. Threat misses a charge into the ropes and Hartwell attacks her afterwards, Luna uses a clothesline to knock Threat out of the ring. Hartwell then hits Luna with clotheslines and a spine buster, Hartwell climbs the ropes and she hits Luna with a top rope elbow drop for a near fall. Hartwell and Luna have a striking exchange that leads to Threat accidentally getting hit, Threat hits Luna with a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Threat and Hartwell start battling on the ring apron, Luna interferes and Hartwell takes her out before Threat lands a dive on her. Threat goes to the top rope and Hartwell avoids her leap off, Hartwell and Threat exchange roll ups for a few near falls. Hartwell catches Threat in a sunset flip for a three count.
Winner: Indi Hartwell
After the match, Dani Luna attacks Indi Hartwell and Jody Threat.
- Highlights from last weeks TNA Impact of Eric Young’s warning everybody about the cleanse are shown.
- Joe Hendry makes his way to the ring, Hendry talks about his recent WWE appearances and he says his heart is here in Minneapolis. Hendry thanks all of the fans for coming to the show tonight, Hendry says he wants revenge on Eric Young for attacking him last week. Young makes his way towards the ring with the rest of The Northern Armory, Young says Hendry is a problem and he will do whatever it takes to eliminate him. Young says the cleanse will start with Hendry, Hendry challenges Young to a match and Young refuses. Young says the cleanse will begin next week, Hendry accepts a match against Young for next week on TNA Impact.
- Santino Marella is backstage with TNA X Division Champion Leon Slater, Marella says Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz have been cleared to return to action. Slater wants to defend the title next week on TNA Impact.
- TNA World Champion Trick Williams appears via video, saying that he is unhappy about having to defend the gold against Mike Santana at TNA Bound For Glory.
Mara Sade & The Hardys (Matt & Jeff) vs. Order 4 (Tasha Steelz, Jason Hotch & John Skyler) w/Secret Agent Zero
The match begins with Matt going after the arm of Skyler, Skyler gets free and Matt drops him before tagging Jeff in. Jeff nails Skyler with a leg drop following a hot shot from Matt, Hotch tags in and Jeff drops him before landing a leg drop followed by a basement drop kick for a near fall. Jeff looks for a Twist Of Fate and Skyler blocks it from happening, Steelz hits the ring and Sade does as well before helping Jeff land a triple DDT on Order 4. Steelz and Sade are tagged into the match, Sade scores a takedown on Steelz before landing multiple knee drops. Sade misses a knee drop and Steelz knocks her out of the ring, Steelz slides out of the ring and Sade lures her back in before landing an enziguri. Matt and Hotch are tagged in by their respective partners, Matt sends Hotch into the turnbuckles a bunch of times before landing a middle rope elbow smash. Zero interferes while Skyler distracts the referee to help take Matt down, the ref gets wind of what happened and he sends Zero backstage.
Hotch then hits Matt with a suicide dive as we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Jeff laying out Skyler in the ring with a series of drop kicks. Jeff looks for a Twist Of Fate and Hotch interferes so Skyler can roll him up for a near fall, Matt hits the ring to double team Skyler. Jeff eventually hits Skyler with a splash for a near fall, Jeff keeps Skyler down while holding him in a chin lock. Skyler gets free and he missed a charge in the corner, Hotch hits the ring and Jeff fights back against both opponents before landing a Whisper In The Wind for a near fall on Skyler. Hotch then lays out Jeff with a spinning head kick, Matt then drops Hotch with a Side Effect. Skyler then hits Matt with a spear before battling him on the arena floor, Steelz hits the ring to have a brawl with Sade. Sade then hits Steelz with Finish Her before getting grabbed by Skyler, Matt makes the save and he knocks Skyler into Hotch. Matt hits Skyler with a Twist Of Fate before Sade lands a moonsault, Jeff then hits Skyler with a swanton bomb for a three count.
Winners: Mara Sade & The Hardys (Matt & Jeff)
After the match, The Nemeth Brothers hit the ring to attack The Hardys and Mara Sade before holding up the TNA World Tag Team Championship belts.
