TMZ.com is reporting that Hulk Hogan's son Nick has filed a lawsuit against radio host Bubba The Love Sponge, attempting to prevent the release of a documentary Bubba has promised to release about the Hogan sex tape and how it was leaked to the media.
Nick Hogan's lawsuit, according to TMZ's report, alleges that the doc would violate Hulk Hogan's trademarks and would also be a violation of a settlement agreement Hulk and Bubba entered in 2012. Hogan is attempted to block the release and is seeking unspecified damages.
Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke has made several appearances on Bubba's radio show since the death of her father on 7/24.
