TMZ.com is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan's widow Sky is planning a medical malpractice lawsuit over Hogan's death last month.
Sky Bollea told TMZ she believes "Hogan's phrenic nerve -- which controls your breathing -- was "compromised" during that procedure."
A police investigation into Hogan's passing remains ongoing.
