Georgia independent wrestler David Joseph Mabry, 25, has been arrested again for sending nude photographs to an underage girl, according to Coosa Valley News in Georgia. Mabry was arrested on 8/19 and charged with charged with the distribution of material depicting nudity or sexual conduct after allegedly sending a photo of his exposed penis via a text message.
Mabry was previously arrested on 4/25 by the Floyd County Sheriff's Office and charged with misdemeanor obscene internet contact with a child, according to numerous media reports. In that case, Mabry allegedly sent a photo of his erect penis to an underage fan who was at "one of his shows" and allegedly told the fan not to tell anyone, according to a statement they made to police. That case is still pending with Mabry slated to be arraigned in November.
