John Cena appeared yesterday at The Fan Expo event in Chicago and took part in a panel discussing his career. Several moments of note:
When asked about his heel turn and the lack of follow up with The Rock and Travis Scott disappearing, Cena said that he didn't want to discuss anything regarding his current retirement tour because he had 11 dates to go and wanted to live and enjoy the moment. He said that once January comes, there will be a time to look back and discuss the heel turn and everything else.
Cena did acknowledge that his first promo in the ring after his heel turn "bombed." Cena commented, according to Popverse.com, "I wasn't upset. No, I failed. Ain't nothing wrong with that. You can learn from failure, right? I went up there and bombed. Sh** happens."
