Hank and Tank walk in the parking lot and Ava greets them. She tells them not to interfere in Dark State's match tonight.
Tank says they hear her loud and clear and Hank agrees that 'they won't (wink wink) interfere' and they promise.
Match Number One: Lash Legend versus Nia Jax
They lock up and they go around the ring. Nia pushes Lash away on the break. They lock up again and Nia sends Lash into the turnbuckles and follows with shoulders. NIa with an Irish whip and she misses a splash. Lash with shoulders in the corner. Lash picks up Nia and runs her into the turnbuckles. Nia with a boot. Nia sends Lash to the floor. Lash runs Nia into the apron. Lash goes for a slam but Nia blocks it with elbows. Nia sends Lash to the apron. Lash with a forearm and she sends Nia into the turnbuckles. Lash sends Nia into the turnbuckle many times. Lash with chops in the ropes. Lash with a flying corkscrew back elbow and a splash for a near fall. Lash goes for a slam but she cannot get Nia up. NIa with a head butt. Both women with clotheslines at the same time and both go down.
Lash with a bicycle kick to send Nia to the floor. Lash goes to the floor and she connects with a forearm but Nia with a forearm of her own and she sends Lash into the apron. Lash sends Nia into the ring steps. Lash returns to the ring and she returns to the floor. Lash with forearms and she sends Nia into the ringside barrier. Lash pushes over the ring steps and she pulls the bottom step against the announce table. Nia with a clothesline. Nia sends Lash into the ring steps. Nia breaks the count and returns to the floor. Nia adjusts the announce table and she takes a drink and pours it on the table. Meanwhile, Lash returns to the ring and the referee tells her to get back in the ring.
Nia with an elbow drop to the back and she grabs her by the neck. Lash with a forearm and she goes for Lash Extension but Nia escapes and hits a Samoan drop for a near fall. Nia goes shoulder first into the ring post when Lash moves. Lash goes for Lash Extension and hits it and she cannot make the cover. Nia pulls the ring skirt and while the referee fixes it, Nia with a shot to the throat followed by a back senton and leg drop. Lash rolls to the floor and so does Nia. Nia sends Lash into the ringside barrier. Lash pushes NIa and connects with punches and elbows. Lash goes to the step next to the announce table and she sets for a suplex through the table but Nia blocks it. Lsh with punches and Lash goes for a slam but she collapses under Nia's weight and Lash goes through the table.
The referee starts his count and Nia gets up first. She gets back into the ring and Lash gets the nine count turbo boost to return to the ring. Nia with a forearm and Lash fires back. They continue the exchange. Lash pushes Nia into the ropes to get the momentum to slam Nia and she gets a near fall. Lash pulls Nia into the corner and she goes to the turnbuckles. Nia with a forearm to stop Lash. Lash with a forearm and she goes under and she sets for a power bomb but she collapses under Nia's weight and Nia with aNIAlator for the three count.
Winner: Nia Jax
Kelly is with Dark State and she asks about their match later tonight and what are their plans.
Dion says tonight is why they came together. They are here to take advantage of the situation. Now they are against four of the best from NXT and TNA. They will dominate and they will beat them down. Saquon says it has been six months and tonight they cut the heads off the snakes. Then they will make Hank and Tank 20 pounds lighter when they take the tag titles.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Chelsea emerges from the elevator with Alba and Piper to confront the person who Tavion was talking about to take them out.
They see Kali Armstrong, Karmen Petrovic, and Hank and Tank in wigs.
Stevie tells them to leave.
Chelsea sees Kendal Blue . . . Gray. Green looks at her college record. She asks how will she look after she faces Alba.
Match Number Two: Joe Hendry versus Charlie Dempsey (withi Wren Sinclair)
They lock up and Joe with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Charlie with a drop toe hold but Joe with a rollup for a near fall. Joe with a hip toss. Charlie with a back drop into a wrist lock. Joe with a reversal and take down. Charlie with a take down but Joe holds on to the wrist lock. Joe avoids a snap mare . Charlie with a snap mare and Joe holds on to the wrist lock. Joe with an arm wringer. Charlie with forearms and a European uppercut. Dempsey with a gutwrench suplex for a near fall. Joe with a back elbow but Charlie with a kick and a Northern Lights suplex and a butterfly Northern Lights suplex into a guillotine. Charlie with a body scissors and Joe with a suplex.
Joe with punches and a clothesline. Joe with a fallaway slam and a turn to the camera. Joe with the Emi Sakura stomp and he sets for Standing Ovation but Dempsey blocks it and he gets a near fall with a back slide. Joe with Standing Ovation for the three count.
Winner: Joe Hendry
Josh Briggs walks in the back as we go to commercial.
We are back and Lola and Kelani spar in the locker room. Lola says they need to win tonight. She says this is a huge opportunity. She says she is ready to become NXT Champion. Jordan says she has come close to the title.
Jaida shows up and she says she has money on them in the tag match, but Jaida says that Jaida has next.
Josh Briggs makes his way to the ring.
Josh says your boos mean nothing because he sees what you cheer. Josh says when someone shows you who they really are, believe them. Inamura said he was his friend. He was selfish and spineless. Josh says when Inamura came back to NXT, he acted like it was for him. All he cared about was his play to be NXT Champion. He didn't care about their friendship. Josh says he tried to make Inamura a champion but Inamura lives by a stupid code of honor. There is no honor in NXT. How many times does he have to tell Inamura. He says he is not a man of honor, he is a man of mayhem. He says he should be champion, but because of Inamura he is not.
Inamura needs to learn that the only way you survive in NXT, you have to fight dirty. He tells Inamura to put that honor on the line next week in a street fight.
Inamura makes his way to the ring.
He tells Briggs he thought Josh was his friend, but he is just . . . a jackass He tells Briggs he is a jackass. He says he fights his way with honor. He says he will face Josh next week and he will not lose. The honor will be in beating you.
Inamura with a forearm and he sends Josh to the floor. Josh and Inamura fight on the turnbuckles while they kick off security. Inamura chops Briggs off the turnbuckles onto security. Inamura with a springing frog splash onto Josh and security.
Jordynne Grace is in the interview room with Kelly Kincaid. We go to commercial.
We are back and Vic says that Jordynne Grace is medically cleared.
We go to the interview from earlier today.
Kelly asks Jordynne how she is feeling.
She says Blake is right about what she said. She says she spent most of her life avoiding mirrors. It wasn't that she wasn't beautiful or strong, she didn't see herself that way. She says the real battle is not with her body, it is with her mind and her self worth. It is the voice in her head saying she isn't good enough.
Kelly asks about what happened when Blake got closer to her.
Jordynne says she always felt like an outsider. When Blake came along and felt like an outsider, she wanted to connect. She knows what Blake is. They share the same weakness. They don't think they are good enough, but Blake tears people down.
Jordynne says real strength doesn't feed on someone's weakness.
Kelly asks about the match at Heatwave.
Jordynne says she is not going to show that she is better or for revenge. She is there to show that there is no blueprint for champions and champions can silence bullies like Blake. She will show what a champion looks like.
Blake and Ava are in OFFICE.
Ava says they will be face to face in the ring next week.
Blake asks Jacy and Fallon about their match.
Fallon says they have dealt with Lola and beat Kelani already. Jacy thanks Fallon for answering the question and Jazmyn for getting this match set up. She says she will take care of these two women tonight.
We see Masha Slamovich walking in the building.
Jacy wants to know what are they doing here.and Jazmyn says they probably want to watch the match.
Lainey wishes Jacy luck tonight.
