Some spoiler notes on WWE talents appearing in recently released films.
Roman Reigns appears in the new Amazon MGM film The Pickup. Listed as only a MMA fighter, Reigns is seen in one scene where he is taking part in a photo shoot in front of a vault surrounded by women and stacks of cash. The film's leads have to trick him into leaving so they can steal the cash and do so by making him believe his opponent is having an impromptu press conference and talking trash about him.
In the new Naked Gun film, Cody Rhodes cameos as a bartender who is questioned and beaten up by Liam Neeson's lead character.
In a surprise, Dave Bautista makes a cameo where he substitutes for Liam Neeson just as his character squares off with the film's villian. When it comes time for a big dramatic moment, Neeson has gone to hit the restroom, so Bautista, dressed as Neeson, hits the lines, then apologizes to Neeson for not getting them right. It's a great cameo.
