Byron is with Lyra Valkyria.
He asks about what she is dealing with tonight.
Lyra says there is so much going on in her head and she says she has to deal with the embarrassment about what Becky fed her and how she still wanted to defend Becky. Becky turned on her, and did Becky think she would go back to Ireland? Becky underestimates her. She will show that she was never a stepping stone. Becky will be the crowning list of people she has beaten as Intercontinental champion.
Vic Joseph joins the panel to discuss Lyra Valkyria.
Cole mentions the two number one contenders at Battleground.
The panel discusses Penta and Dominik Mysterio.
We take a look at Pat McAfee and Gunther with a video package.
Byron Saxton is with LA Knight.
He asks about Knight's 2025 and his chances. Knight says they don't need to sing his praises. He doesn't hear workhorse when he hears those numbers. He thinks champion. Knight says it is okay he came to blows with Priest last night because that will happen in this match. Knight says he shouldn't have to deal with a multi-man match for the title. Anyone standing in the way of him and the title, the backlash will be swift and severe.
Jackie Redmond and Peter Rosenberg join Big E on the panel.
We look at John Cena and Randy Orton with a video package.
Wade Barrett talked to Randy Orton.
Wade asks Randy what comes to him when someone says John Cena. He says pretentious prick. He is all about himself. Does anyone know the real John Cena. Today, the word would be selfish.
Wade asks about OVW and his first memories of meeting John Cena. John was a young kid and didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Robotic but the body of a Greek God. He had the gift of gab. He says he was impressed with John.
He asks what has made the rivalry special. Randy says the fans were loud and he says he was lucky to be in the ring with Cena because of the Let's Go Cena . . . Cena sucks chants. He says the crowd was in the palm of their hands. It was the most fun he could have in his career. He says this feels unnecessary. The new attitude doesn't make sense. He says John is lost to the Hollywood machine. John wants to end things on his terms. That is why he is selfish.
Wade asks if there were glimpses into the darker attitude from John. Randy says he thought he might have seen some hints, but Cena keeps himself separate. No one went to John's apartment in OVW. He says it was a bit odd. John has a great mind for business and pushing his brand. John has masked it from everyone. Now we are seeing the real John Cena.
Wade asks about John holding the industry with disdain. Randy says he does not understand why Cena has these feelings. If he leaves with the title, nothing stopped or changed. The business has continued to move like when he left in 2016. Things won't bottom out when John leaves. Randy says he would have been proud to see John try to disrupt things. He will beat the s*** out of John in front of his family and friends. He won't mind if he hands get bloody. He has to get John down long enough to punt his head off his shoulders and then John is no more. Randy says he can retire at that point, but it won't be 27 dates, it will be 5 to 10 years.
It is time to look at the US Title match, that will start off tonight's pay per view, with a video package.
We take a look at Dominik Mysterio and Penta with a video package.
Byron is with Dom in the locker room. He asks if Dom is afraid of Penta.
Dom says he might be, but that isn't the point. He says he already beat him on the grandest stage of them all.
Byron points out that he didn't pin Penta at Mania.
Dom points out that he won at Raw after Mania and Byron says JD helped.
Joe Tessitore talks about the history of wrestling in St. Louis.
The panel discusses the Women's Intercontnential Championship Match.
