Rob Van Dam, who returned to the ring as a surprise in the MLW Battle Riot last night in Los Angeles, rolled his ankle during the bout and was banged up after the match. We are told that he was doing better today a day later.
Brock Anderson went right from the ring to the emergency room last night in Los Angeles as well. We are told he was legitimately split open from a rough bump into the ring steps courtesy of Matthew Justice. The word we heard today is that Anderson ended up with eight stitches from the laceration. One person who was there said Anderson's toughness should not be understated as he didn't complain or sell how much pain he was in, even though he was bleeding a ton after the spot.
