Updated 7:11 PM Eastern:
A WWE spokesperson reached out to PWInsider.com and stated that while the Cena lunch is on for Wrestlemania weekend, Cena will not be receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award. PWInsider.com received material that was issued by On Location listing the event and the award, so while there is no idea how the error was made, it appears that an incorrect version of promotional material was issued to some fans.
We are also told the event is now scheduled for Friday 4/18 afternoon, not Saturday 4/19.

Original report below:
John Cena will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award during Wrestlemania week in Las Vegas.
On Location, which handles concierge and special events for WWE and other pop culture brands, is offering a special intimate John Cena lunch on Saturday 4/19 prior to Night One of Wrestlemania 41.
The event, which will be limited to 20 fans total, will include having a meal with Cena "during his last WrestleMania ever hearing speeches and seeing the real John receive a lifetime achievement award."
The price of the lunch, listed as taking place on a "five-star restaurant" on the Vegas strip is a measly $25,000 per person.
