HAS THE JOHN CENA HEEL TURN HAD A POSITIVE AFFECT ON WRESTLEMANIA TICKET SALES?

By Dave Scherer on 2025-03-17 20:57:00

Has John Cena's heel turn been good for WrestleMania ticket sales? I will give you the data, thanks to the good folks at WrestleTix, and you can make your own decision.

The building is currently set up for 51,481.  As a season ticket holder for the Las Vegas Raiders, I can tell you that the building can handle many more people than that number and if WWE reaches it, more seats will be opened up.

On February 28, this is where WrestleMania ticket sales stood.

WrestleTix did their lastest update on March 14"

Since it's pretty fair to predict that John Cena (probably with The Rock) vs. Cody Rhodes will headline night two, let's look at those numbers.  According to WrestleTix, they have distributed 249 tickets in the two weeks since Cena's heel turn for the Sunday show.  Keep in mind, that was before today's promo aired.

There's the data.  You can make your own call.
