He's been training at the Performance Center. My guess is they are holding him until they want him to debut and don't want to utilize him on camera until there's a plan in place. All the Bloodline stuff has been methodically planned out, so it makes sense. The same with Lance Anoai'.

Why put Jordynne Grace on NXT? It's clear she's ready for the main roster.
She's under a main roster deal we are told. It was just the creative decision and likely being done as a way for her to sharpen her skills before she is moved up. She's a hell of a talent. There's zero reason to rush her.
