As PWInsiderElite.com exclusively broke last week, WWE has signed Bill Eadie and Barry Darsow, aka Demolition to official WWE Legends deals.
This one is especially surprising as Eadie and the then-WWF were involved in a long, drawn out legal battle over the rights to the Demolition name for many years. Eadie and Darsow were later part of the CTE lawsuit against the company that was eventually dismissed.
The WWE Legends deal brings the team back into the fold and opens the door for them to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as well as be included in WWE licensing for action figures, video games, etc.
Eadie worked for the company for many years under different guises including The Masked Superstar and The Super Machine.
Darsow performed as The Repo Man after the Demolition run and performed in other gimmicks for WCW, including The Blacktop Bully as well as under his own name.
