Is it true you reported the main event of Night One of Wrestlemania will be [match deleted]?
No, we have not once reported what the main event of any night of Wrestlemania 41 will be. That's 100% untrue. Welcome to the stupidity of the Internet.
What is your reaction to people who think what you wrote about Drew McIntyre is some sort of work?
I don't care. There are a lot of stupid people out there. When Cody Rhodes left WWE, I saw someone at the time claim that HHH and I had conspired together to get it over as a real thing when Cody was only leaving for six months and then returning "as a main eventer." That same person didn't say a thing when Cody went on to form AEW and was gone for years. A lot of stupid people out there assume that because they have an opinion on something, it must be real. They are wrong. Things can always get turned into a work with one phone call, but a lot of people assume things - you know, like they assumed Corey Graves' outburst a few weeks ago was some sort of work - and then when they are proven incorrect, suddenly they get very silent. I suspect this will be one of those times, and then, when McIntyre returns someone will remark "they knew all along" it was a work. It wasn't and they will have been stupid. There's zero reason to argue with them or try to convince them otherwise. Anyone who does that is wasting their time.
What do you say to people who are claiming you were wrong about Alexa Bliss not returning?
I never said she wasn't returning. I said she was pulled from her originally scheduled return because there were issues. That was correct. They came to an agreement at the last second before the Royal Rumble and she returned - and we were the ones who broke the story she was backstage and would return. I don't know how I can be wrong about a story I broke, but hey, there are a lot of delusional people out there - and sadly many of them are reacting to things they read elsewhere attributed to us that are either incorrect, outdated by the time they read it elsewhere or had the context changed via crappy interpretation. I can't be held responsible for that and I don't care to be. It's not my job to police Twitter. Unfortunately, a lot of people lose whatever nuance is written in a story when they read a bastardized version or they get very dramatic and assume the worst scenario possible because they feel an emotional attachment to the talents they like. I refer to what I said about arguing against it, it's just a waste of time.
Whatever happened to New Japan and AAA running MSG again?
The New Japan MSG date was canceled during the pandemic and I don't think it would be wise in their current state to run.
AAA said they would return after their last date at The Theater in MSG a few years ago, but they also said back in July 1994 they would return after that event. Sometimes, you say things and they don't work out. I wish they would return. I was probably one of the few at both shows and they were each a lot of fun.
Is David Otunga still with WWE?
I do not believe he is currently under contract or employed by the company as far as I am aware.
