MLW Champion Matt Riddle did not appear on this weekend's Memphis Wrestling TV taping yesterday. The word at the show was that Riddle sent along that day he wasn't coming. I am sure that didn't cause any last minute rewrites at all, since the taping was built around his appearance in terms of promotion. We are told he was at Nick Hogan's wedding the day before. No word yet whether Riddle will be coming in at a later date to make it up to the company. Rob Van Dam and Katie Forbes were also at Nick Hogan's wedding over the weekend.
TNA's AJ Francis worked the Memphis Wrestling taping and Nic Nemeth will be coming in on 2/16, which is also billed as a WWE ID showcase. WWE Producer Jamie Noble will be doing a seminar for them on 2/6. For details on that, click here. The Awesome Championship Wrestling debut event from Poughkeepsie, NY (which was a hell of a show live) will debut on 2/4 on TrillerTV+ with Tom Latimer vs. Tommy Dreamer, Nic Nemeth vs. Matt Riddle, A Rumble to crown the first ever ACW Champion and more. The promotion has a 5/17 return date in Poughkeepsie with Richard Holliday vs. Matt Cardona already announced. Their first event was sold out with fans turned away, so if you want to attend, don't wait until the day of the show. Tickets go on sale 1/31.
Pro Wrestling Revolution returns to San Jose, CA this Wednesday 1/29 featuring Lucha Solos & Vinnie Masarro vs Hijo del Vikingo & Misterioso & El Cucuy, Mago vs Ultimo Dragon, La Estrella vs Super Crazy vs Kommander and El Viento vs Super Astro Jr. for the Pro Wrestling Revolution Junior Championship.
This Thursday's Wrestling Open in Worcester, MA on 1/30 will be headlined by IWTV Independent Wrestling World Champion Marcus Mathers vs. Gabriel Skye and The Tournament For Tomorrow Final featuring Julius Draeger vs. Eye Black Jack The show will stream live on IndependentWrestling.TV. The promotion is now running a venue, Electric Haze due to a management change at their former home White Eagle Hall, where they had run 160 consecutive Thursdays with live events, building the show into a local destination.
New York Wrestling Connection wiil hold their biggest show of the year, Psycho Circus on Saturday 2/22 at the Sportatorium in Deer Park, Long Island.
Insane Wrestling Revolution will begin streaming their live events on Triller, kicking off with a 2/6 event from Monroe, Michigan featuring Rhino vs. Sami Callihan, Ace Austin vs. Silas Young, Jody Threat & Madman Fulton vs. Havok & Jason Hotch, The Rascalz vs. Eh Team Special Forces with John E. Bravo, Jake Something, Kal Herro, 1 14 Team Rumble and more from the Robert A Hutchison FOP Lodge.

The stars of the United Wrestling Network along with top talent from around the pro wrestling world will return to the Irvine Improv in Southern California for a live event / TV taping on Frebruary 25th.
Former AEW TNT and Tag Team Champion Scorpio Sky will be in action back in a UWN ring where he was a multiple time UWN TV Champion. The inaugural UWN World Women's Champion will be crowned at the event as well, plus AEW / ROH talent and WWE ID prospects will be in action. Talent scheduled for the event include:
