Kevin "Kelly" Foote, who is currently suing AEW, Tony Khan and Ian Riccaboni over his termination from AEW, stated on social media that he was fired after suffering a "mental breakdown." -

The lawsuit is currently making its way through the court system in Florida after being shifted there from Pennsylvania. AEW, etc. are currently pushing for it to be moved to arbitration, citing clauses in the contracts Foote and his fellow Plaintiffs The Tate Twins signed. The Court has not yet ruled on that Motion.
