Ospreay misses kicks. Lockup, chop by Ospreay, Matthews responds in kind. Dropkick to Ospreay. Rana by Ospreay. Plancha by Ospreay after Matthews rolled out to the floor. Back in the ring it’s a running kick and a knee drop for 2 by Matthews. Rear chinlock by Ospreay. Bodypress by Ospreay, both men are down. Right hands by Ospreay. Pele kick by Ospreay. Springboard elbow by Ospreay. Boot to the face by Matthews. Knee to the back of the head by Matthews into a back breaker. Tope con hillo by Matthews. Meteora by Matthews for 2. They fight on the apron, big knee by Matthews. Kick and an Oscutter attempt. Matthews blocked it and threw Ospreay into the announce desk. Running knee against the rail. Superkick by Ospreay into an Oscutter. As Matthews comes back into the ring, he eats a dropkick and an Oscutter. Hidden blade for 2 by Ospreay. Forehead kicks by Ospreay. Big elbow by Ospreay, kick by Matthews. Enziguiri by Ospreay. Backbreaker and a stomp for 2 by Matthews. Styles Clash for 2. Hidden blade and Ospreay scores the pin.

Ospreay gets the mic and praises Buddy Matthews (his words) before correcting himself. He offers his hand and Matthews shakes it.

Private Party comes out to their exclusive VIP area. They celebrate their win on Collision. Uh Oh! Here comes The Huty Syndicate. They toast Private Party’s success and then toast The Hurt Syndicate taking those tag team titles away. They dump their liquor and go to the ring.
Bobby Lashley w/MVP & Shelton Benjamin vs. Mark Briscoe
MVP has joined the booth. Shoving match ensues, chops by the Sussex Co Chicken. Flatliners by Lashley. Suplex by Lashley. Lashley with a tackle in the corner. Lashley with a Big End for 2. Redneck kung fu by Briscoe. Suplex by Lashley. Action spills to the floor and Lashley hits a suplex as we go to commercial.
We are back and Briscoe fires back with chops. Double thrust by Lashley and he kicks Briscoe to the floor. Lashley goes for a chair but Briscoe gets it away and nails a tope. He then connects with a moonsault to the floor. Back in the ring, Briscoe with a sliding lariat and a Froggy Bow for 1. Back elbow and a kick by Lashley. Spear by Lashley. Choke slam and the hurt lock by LAshley and thats all she wrote

Shelton and Lashley attack Briscoe and Private Party come out with chairs for the save
Casino Gauntlett Match
Jay White is out first. #2 is Hangman Adam Page. They stare each other down and jaw jack. They trade chops. Page punches him in the corner. White fires back but goes down for 1 after a shoulder block. More chops by White. Cradle for 2 by White. They block each others finishers. Superplex by White.
#3 is Wheeler Yuta. He eats a blade runner. Page makes the save. Page stomps White. White comes back with chops. Fallaway slam by Page. Clothesline by Page. Another clothesline by Page. Hangman lariats Yuta to the floor and does the same with White.
#4 is Ricochet, he nails a springboard clothesline and a tope suicida to Page. Then he hits a body press for 2 on White.
Back from commercial, Yuta and Ricochet get sent to the floor. #5 is Adam Cole. He kicks both White and Page and then one to Ricochet. Panama Sunrise for 2 by Cole to Ricochet. #6 is Daniel Garcia. Garcia and Cole slug it out. Neckbreaker by Garcia. Garcia punches Cole in the corner and then adds White and Page to the mix. Can’t say I’ve ever seen that before. Yuta and Garcia trade slaps. Ricochet with a kick to Garcia.
#7 is Powerhouse Hobbs. He immediately hoists Garcia to the floor. Hobbs is tossing everybody around. Lariat to Page but Hobbs catches him and tosses him as we go to commercial.
We are back. Clothesline by Hobbs to Ricochet. White tries running clotheslines and he eats a Hobbs body slam. #8 is Roderick Strong, he backbreakers White, Page and Ricochet. Hobbs with a double clothesline to Garcia and Yuta. Back elbow by Ricochet . Yuta with a low blow to White. #9 is Lance Archer, who chokeslams Yuta on the floor. Archer chokeslams Strong onto Cole. Archer and Hobbs stare each other down and toss Ricochet back and forth. They trade power moves. #10 is Kyle O’Reilly. The Undisputed Kingdom work together and clear the ring. Hobbs fights them off. #11 is Jeff Jarrett. Yuta attacks him ½ way down the aisle. They fight off to the back. Archer now takes over the math. Kyle with a chop block to Hobbs but Hobbs with a spinebuster and scores the pin.
WINNER POWERHOUSE HOBBS
By virtue of this win, Hobbs has earned an AEW Title Match next week
Rene Paquette interviews Hobbs. Hobbs says he’ll shock the world and make Moxley his female dog (no swearing). Jeff Jarret comes out and shakes Hobbs’ hand.
Ian comes to the ring to talk to Jarrett. Jarrett asks if he still has what it takes. Out comes MJF who tells Ian to get out of his ring. MJF introduces himself to Jarrett. MJF wants his World Title back. He butters up Jarrett a little bit before lowering the verbal boom on him. MJF says Jarrett only signed for 1 more year because 1 year is all AEW thinks Jarrett is worth. MJF offers to help Jarrett win th eWorld title in exchange for the first shot. Jarrett calls MJF a one hit wonder.
Cope comes out, mic in hand. He gives us a little Death Rider history. Biggest mistake they’ve made was going after FTR. Cope says that no one has fought through what he’s had to fight through just to be standing here. Out comes the Death Riders, sans Pac and Marina Shafir. I’ve got $1 that says Shafir will show up but ya think Pac could commit to the company. Either be there or get someone to replace him. FTR attacks and Rated FtR brawl with the Death Riders. Here comes Shafir and she throws the briefcase into the ring. Pac IS THERE. I was wrong. He nails Cope with it and Moxley applies the bulldog choke. Powerhouse Hobbs comes out to help. Death Riders retreat.
Triple Threat Match: Toni Storm vs. Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander
They all go for a series of rollups. Enziguiri by Willow to Kris. Storm avoids a Willow body slam. Statlander and Willow trade pin attempts. Willow with a shoulder tackle, Storm gets sent to the floor. Palm strikes to Willow by Statlander, trying to escape an arm bar. Storm breaks it up. Storm gets slingshotted into Statlander as we go to commercial.
We are back and it’s all three battling it out. Double fallaway slam by Statlander and Willow. Storm shoves Stalander and they slug it out. Lots of action that I can’t keep up. Willow eats a Statlander lariat. Double German Suplex by Willow. Storm with a small package for 2 on Statlander. Statlander with a tombstone to Storm for the pin.
WINNER KRIS STATLANDER
By virtue of this win, Statlander has secured the #1 spot in the Casino Gauntlett match next week.
Backstage, Rene is with Toni Sto4m, who says her inexperience is what cost her tonight. She vows to work harder in the future.
We have a VERY dramatic new song for Kenny Omega, possibly video game inspired, I don’t actually know. He looked great in beating Gabe Kidd last Sunday in Tokyo. He’s emotional as he takes the mic. He talks about his medical issue over the last year. He questioned if he could still do it in the ring. He almost retired.But without wrestling and the people behind him, what purpose did he have. Wrestling is how he lives.
He is interrupted by Don Callis. Omega chases him down the aisle. Brian Cage and Lance Archer show up to attack. They throw Omega into the ring. Omega fights back. Kyle Fletcher joins in for the bear down. Punch the abdomen by Cage. Will Ospreay runs in with a chair and cleans the ring. Omega and Ospreay stare each other down.
