After Raw went off the air, CM Punk and Seth Rollins glowered at each other from across the ring before Rollins rolled out. Rollins was bleeding from either his ear or cheekbone. Rolloins left, leaving Punk to celebrate in the ring.
At one point, Punk vs. Rollins and Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley were penciled in for potential Wrestlemania 41 bouts but were shifted to tonight's Raw premiere, which shows how important tonight's Netflix premiere was internally.
Lee Fitting and Paul Levesque were listed as the Executive Producers of Monday Night Raw. It was the first time Executive Producers were listed for the series.
The Undertaker appeared in a cameo, endorsing Rhea Ripley after WWE Women's World Championship victory.
There was a WWE 2K25 video game promotional tease on Raw, with Roman Reigns saying he could return on 1/27 for Raw with he and Paul Heyman closing a locker room door that featured the game's logo. One has to think that was a strong hint that Roman will be the cover Superstar on the game, but we'll see. The commercial for the game was filmed a few weeks back.
NXT's Shawn Michaels and Matt Bloom were backstage.
