Several early notes on tonight's Raw:
*The belief during the rehersals last night is that given they are on Netflix and won't have a "hard out" to get off the air is that WWE will likely take advantage of the freedom of going longer than Raw usually is.
*We are told the roster was sent a message yesterday that basically said there are zero comp tickets available for the show, so do not request any today.
*The video announcement for the Royal Rumble has been seen internally in the company, so that video has been edited and it's quite likely it will be revealed during Raw.
*For those of you attending live tonight, the message we have been given is plan to get there early if you want to be there when the show goes on the air. As it was explained to me by a company source, The Intiuit Dome's ticketing and concessions are all built into a specific App and uses brand new technology, but there have been issues from time to time with it. We know some who attended concerts and shows there over the last month who said it took upwards of 90 minutes to get from parking to their seat as there is only one major entrance and if there's any sort of technical issue, you'll be waiting outside for it to be resolved. One of the reasons it's cumbersome to enter is only one ticket can be on one phone via the app, so the automated system is scanning each person as they enter. Given that Los Angeles is traditionally a late arriving crowd, you would be well advised to get there early if you want to make sure you are there for the 5 PM local time TV broadcast.
*We've been asked about potential returns tonight, everyone from Charlotte Flair to Alexa Bliss. We are told that anyone returning, the company has a plan for them and it won't be they just all return at the same time on the same night. "This isn't the old WWE", someone commented.
*All the top NXT talents will be in Los Angeles for Raw. As we reported yesterday, Shawn Michaels, Matt Bloom and Ava have already been there.
