Hey, did you know that Raw will be going to Netflix on January 6?

You know I think I did hear something about that!  Seriously, WWE is doing a good job of hammering home their move.  I hope it pays off.

I saw that Netflix released ratings for their NFL games. Does that mean that they will release ratings for Raw?

I know that they did that for the football games because The NFL requires uniform ratings numbers for their broadcasts. Obviously, WWE does not do that so I don’t know what Netflix will do with numbers once Raw starts airing.

Do you know if Canada is going to be able to watch Smackdown on January 3rd? Sportsnet currently shows NHL/ TNA that night, and it isn't listed on Netflix until the 10th.

I am under the impression that it starts on Netflix on 1/3 in Canada.

Hi guys, is it too irrational of me to be fed up with Ricochet? I already didn't like his gimmick change and I thought he was cringe on social media, but I've liked his in ring work for years. But now that he is sharing the toxic and evil Andrew Tate on social media, it feels like a bridge too far. I know a lot of my favorite wrestlers are probably right wing, so is it wrong to take this stance with him? Just sharing such damaging propaganda really has me fed up.

I have no idea who Andrew Tate is and that is probably a good thing. You have every right to like who you like and loathe who you loathe.

No better match exemplifies AEW’s problem of too many fake finishes than the recent Street Fight between The Conglomeration vs. The Learning Tree on Dynamite. There were a bunch of cool high spots with tables and ladders, including a Briscoe Froggy Bow from the top of the ladder to put Jericho through the table; which would have made a great finish for the babyfaces. Instead of ending it there, Suzuki wins with a lame Brainbuster 15 seconds later! WTF? So a long heated rivalry with a weapons match blowoff ends like that? The live crowd barely reacted. Would you cite too many fake finishes as a chronic TK booking problem?

Absolutely.  Tony subscribes to the Vince Russo “SWERVE” School Of Booking.  It’s a school that should have closed down long ago but Tony keeps it open.  Between ridiculous false finishes and repeated big moves that don’t ever get sold, AEW is hard to take seriously for me.  It’s all just performance art.
