This will be a best of three match. The first will be no ropes sumo match. The second will be refereed by Yoshinobu Kanemaru. The third will be a last man standing match.
Taichi wins the first match after Taichi tosses O-Khan from the ring.
The ring crew put back the ropes for the second match. It was alleged that O-Khan paid off Kanemaru.
Kanemaru tried quick counts for O-Khan and slow counts for Taichi. Kanemaru would argue with TAKA at ringside while Taichi had the advantage. This was stupid. O-Khan sprayed the whiskey at Taichi who ducked and hit Kanemaru in the face. O-Khan hit Taichi with the bottle and applied the Iron Claw. Kanemaru called for the bell and awarded the match to O-Khan. O-Khan gives Kanemaru a wad of cash.
They start brawling into the crowd. Taichi hit a choke slam sending O-Khan through a table on the floor. O-Khan’s back was bleeding. O-Khan makes it back to the ring. Taichi hits three Ax Bombers. O-Khan hits one of his own. They trade submissions. Taichi hits a Dangerous Backdrop. O-Khan hits a Dominator. Both men are down and the referee counts to 10. Third match is a draw.
Great O-Khan retains the KOPW Championship. \
O-Khan suggests that the winner of the Ranbo (which is the pre-show match at Wrestle Kingdom) will be a number one contenders match for the IWGP Tag Team Championship.
O-Khan basically retires the KOPW title.
It is weird how the KOPW match translates into a match regarding the IWGP Tag Team Championship. If you are a new viewer, this is convoluted and makes no sense.
