IRON SHEIK MEMOIR, CARY SILKIN VS. RIC FLAIR, NXT TALENTS BEING SENT TO ROH & AEW AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2025-01-03 10:00:00

Have you ever attended a Wrestle Kingdom?

Nope, not yet. Perhaps, not ever!

Do you think the new WWE ownership could finally lead to The Iron Sheik memoir finally being released?

Anything is possible but it's been such a long time since that book was written by Keith Ellior Greenberg and then pulled from release that Sheik has since passed away and one would think that even if WWE wanted to release it, there would need to be work done on it - and whether they'd want to invest in that, I can't tell you.

Why was Cary Silkin going off on Ric Flair for owing him $40,000?

He was going off because when Silkin owned Ring of Honor, he had made a deal with Flair to make a series of appearances.  Flair did not make the appearances and did not return to payments that had been made in advance.  Silkin actually filed a lawsuit against Flair but when he sold ROH to Sinclair Broadcast Group, the change in ownership led to the lawsuit being dropped.  Silkin has every right to publicly comment on the situation.  In a perfect world, Flair would try and make it right, but I don't know if he can or ever will.  Cary is in the right here in my opinon.

Speaking of Flair, whatever happened to him wanting to sue a publication years ago for disclosing some health issues?

Nothing came of it, likely because Flair wrote about the same health issues well before that in one of his official WWE autobiographies.

What are the odds of WWE sending NXT talents to AEW and ROH like they do TNA?

Miniscule, if not non-existent.
