I am live at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island for WWE Saturday Night's Main Event.
PRE-SHOW NOTES:
The show is officially sold out. There is a banner backstage with a graphic for Kevin Owens vs. Cody Rhodes celebrating the sellout.
Atlas Security are in the house assisting the venue security team.
Shirts being sold at the show include the Saturday Night's Main Event logo, a Greg Valentine shirt that is a photo of an old 1980s WWF program, a Koko B. Ware design from the '80s, a Tito Santana shirt, a Jimmy Hart shirt that is so pink it is ridiculous, a Long Island 3:16 shirt, a Cody Rhodes Long Island shirt and a SNME Long Island Hoodie.
A 1980s style version of the WWE logo is on the digital board of the ring canvas facing the ha red d cameras and in the entrance way.
They have recreated the 1990 style entrance that was used in the old WWF Superstars days.
There is no Titantron or huge stage entrance just a long aisle leading down the ring which is how it used to be at the old Nassau Coliseum House shows.
There is pyro set up in the ring for the opening of the show.
There are two hard cameras.
No old school banners hanging. They are utilizing the digital boards above the ring.
There are take-home commemorative SNME chair for ringside fans in the first five rows.
There is a Podium setup on one side of the Coliseum For What appears to be hosting duties.
