THE AWESOME NEW DAY TURN, HOW THE MCMAHONS ARE SO MUCH LIKE THE ROYS FROM SUCCESSION, JOE TESS IS GREAT AND MORE

When RAW moves to Netflix, what happens to Joe Tessitore?

I am not 100 percent sure but I am under the impression that he will move to Smackdown.  That was what I was told a few months ago and I haven't checked since.  Tess is really, really good by the way.

How embarrassing is it for the “press” at the Survivor Series for that “journalist” to sing Happy Birthday at a press conference for Naomi?

I didn't see the post game due to family reasons but yes, that is embarrassing for sure. There are so many people there that act like fans, it's just sad. They aren't journalists, that's for sure.

When Jacob Fatu holds his hands together, what is that supposed to mean?

It means you are about to die.

I watched back the McMahon documentary on Netflix this week and episode 5 touched on how Shane McMahon became disillusioned in his later years in the company. I know some of us 25 years ago would've looked at Shane as the heir apparent to Vince. When did you think this was becoming less and less of a reality and where did Paul Levesque succeed in earning Vince's trust where Shane failed to do so?

That’s a loaded question and I don’t have a definitive answer. I do know that Vince McMahon never had a desire to give up control of creative, so that was an issue for sure.  WWE’s McMahon story mirrors that of the Roy family on “Succession” in so many ways, right down to HHH eventually ended up being Tom and getting control of creative. I think the difference is that family feels an entitlement, as the Roy children and McMahon children, did while HHH/Tom didn’t have that birthright so they had to earn the position.

How great was that double heel turn? Once again proving how much better of a booker HHH is vs. that other guy.

Last week’s Raw was great for all of the right reasons. From the opening angle with CM Punk, Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn, to the awesome New Day turn (which I didn’t see coming) to the return of Drew McIntyre, it was great, great stuff for someone like me who cares about the who and why as much as the actual match.
