Thoughts on Linda McMahon being the Education pick of Donald Trump?
I am not surprised. She has been tight with Trump and his campaign. I expected her to have a role.
Would you say the Motor City Machine Guns made the best overall choice by signing with the WWE? It seems like, asides from monetary gains, it's a great long-term career move for them, not to mention a big gain for the WWE. Personally I didn't want them to get fed to the Young Bucks, now they get to work with fellow talent in a professional environment, which will be easier on them physically. The advice and skills they can pass onto NXT and WWE ID talents are tremendous. I've been a fan of them for years and the signing just clicks on so many levels. Any other benefits you can see from this signing?
I agree with you. They bring a lot to the table in WWE and if it’s me, if I can go to the big time, I go.
Did you notice the HUGE Tyson - Paul fight drew about 67,000 to AT&T Stadium, a building which WWE drew near capacity crowds for 2 WrestleManias! Should WWE be proud that they outdrew live attendance for such a mainstream event? This should be in one of their promotional packages, right?
I didn’t but it doesn’t surprise me. WrestleMania is a huge event. Cities bid on it for a reason.
What was the biggest pop in the history of the ECW Arena? I vote for the night Sandman returned
Man, I have no idea. There were so many great moments in that building it’s impossible for me to pick the biggest pop.
With Cody Rhodes' Nightmare Factory school now part of WWE's ID program, does that create a conflict of interest since QT Marshall, a contracted AEW talent, is its head trainer? You essentially have a guy with a good amount of pull in AEW training young wrestlers destined to go to WWE.
To me? No. QT was already associated with Cody, obviously. Tony Khan could always pay QT if he wanted to. And it’s not like WWE isn’t aware of the talent that is out there anyhow.
