1 - Tiger Mask, Boltin Oleg and Toru Yano vs. Taiji Ishimori, Stevie Filip and Tome Filip
Natural Classics hit the Mother of All Bombs on Tiger Mask and get the pin.
2 - Jakob Austin Young, HENARE and Great O-Khan vs. Dick Togo, Ren Narita and EVIL
Narita hits Young with the push up bar and The Double Cross. Narita pins Young.
3 - BUSHI, Hiromu Takahashi and Tetsuya Naito vs. DOUKI, TAKA Michinoku and Taichi
DOUKI forces BUSHI to submit to the Italian Stretch #32.
4 - Katsuya Murashima, Jado and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Kosei Fujita, Shane Haste and Mikey Nichols
Fujita forces Murashima to submit to an Indian Death Lock.

ZSJ hits a Zack Driver on Zayne and gets the pin.

7 - YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto vs. Tomoaki Honma and Shota Umino
Umino hits a Death Rider on Goto and gets the pin.
Umino and Honma have 4 points.
Bishomon have 4 points.
Umino has now pinned Zack Sabre Jr. and Hirooki Goto in this tournament. Umino and Honma will not win this tournament, however, Umino is slowly proving, in these tag matches, that he can get wins.
A video plays of Claudio Castanogli who cuts a promo on Shota Umino and challenges him to a match at Wrestle Dynasty.
Just as I type something positive about Umino's booking, then this video happens. This angle may kill Umino's momentum in my opinion and it makes no sense. Shota Umino has an IWGP World Title Match with Zack Sabre Jr. at Wrestle Kingdom. Zack Sabre Jr. will face Ricochet on the next night on Wrestle Dynasty for the same Title. Claudio will now face Umino at Wrestle Dynasty. It is clear that Umino will not win the IWGP World Title from ZSJ. Why should Umino accept this challenge? Is not the IWGP World Title more important to Umino that a meaningless AEW match? From a viewer watching New Japan World, why would Umino have heat with Moxley or the Black Pool Combat Club, since Moxley has not been on New Japan World in months?
Having two events on back-to-back nights, one for New Japan and one for AEW is ridiculous, and this hot shot booking hurts the New Japan product..
Hiroshi Tanahashi, as President, needs to focus on his business in Japan and building new stars, like he promised he would.
Umino basically accepts the challenge and acknowledges that he has a lot on his plate.
I hope Umino avoids any injury since New Japan is putting a lot of eggs in his basket.
8 - Yota Tsuji and Shingo Takagi vs. SANADA and Gabe Kidd
Hard hitting match. Tsuji goes for a Malo Crash on SANADA, but SANADA kneed him in the groin. Tsuji is able to take down SANADA with a hurricanrana into a cradle.
Tsuji pins SANADA.
Los Ingobernales de Japon have 4 points.
War Dogs have 2 points.
Kidd stares down SANADA for losing the match, and SANADA just walks to the locker room.
After the match, Tsuji talked about Wrestle Kingdom and Wrestle Dynasty. He promised that he and Takagi will win World Tag League.
It is disappointing that all the talk is about these two big shows. The importance of the World Tag League and the IWGP Tag Team Championship (held by HENARE and Great O-Khan) is diminished when the wrestlers are looking ahead rather than what is important now. The booking is too convoluted and wrestlers will be lost in this shuffle.
