TONY KHAN ON FOX BUSINESS TODAY, BOWENS ON MLB NETWORK THIS AM, KINGSTON SAYS AEW DOESN'T NEED HIM, MOXLEY ON AEW FEELINGS, THE UNBREAKBLE BUNCH & MORE

AEW President Tony Khan and Big Boom AJ will be on FOX Business today talking tomorrow's AEW Full Gear.

The Acclaimed's Anthony Bowens will be on the MLB Network's Hot Stove today talking the PPV as well.

During yesterday's Full Gear media call, Tony Khan said that there was no word yet on when PPVs would be available on Max as that will require updates to the technology and that timing would be on the WBD end.  We've gotten a lot of questions about that since AEW programming will begin to simulcast on Max on 1/1/25 with Fight For the Fallen.

Jon Moxley spoke with Scott Fishman of TVInsider.com and basically said that if AEW fails, pro wrestling will fall backwards 20 years and he doesn't want to live through that again.  When asked how much of his real feelings are being stated on AEW programming, Moxley said, " It’s very real. I’ve never been much of a putting-on-act kind of wrestler. Everything is always informed by where I’m at in real life outside the ring. I do take inspiration from all corners of the universe and funnel it through. At this point when it comes to my career and life, I just have no time for bullsh*t anymore. I don’t have time to beat around the bush. I’m not necessarily alone in my thoughts and feelings. My feelings and motivations are quite ubiquitous throughout AEW. I’m just the one verbalizing it and getting to move it into action. Though I can’t do it by myself."

We have an absolutely great discussion with AEW Coach Ray "Glacier" Lloyd about the process of making the new "Unbreakable Bunch" film starring he and a ton of other wrestling legends for Elite subscribers, including some talk about WCW, Dusty Rhodes, meeting Evel Knievel, films that helped inspire the tone of the movie, getting the financing, potential for sequels and more.  Anna Jay has a small role in the film, which she did just before making her AEW debut a few years ago.

Eddie Kingston made a comment on a podcast that AEW didn't really need him, which was something later said by Kenny Omega and Toni Storm in other outlets.  For those who have asked, I'm not sure if that's some sort of seeding for a future storyline but interesting all three said it over the course of the last week.

The Toni Storm retirement thing online, is again, storyline.

Artist Rob Schamberger's latest AEW subject is Hikaru Shida:
