Raw World Champion Gunther makes his way to the ring.
We are told that Gunther faces Damian Priest at Survivor Series, with a 6PM Eastern start time.
Gunther says that all that matters is that he is still the champion. He says he does not live in the past and he looks at what is in front of him. That is his next challenger, Damian Priest. There is a lot of things he has to say about Priest . . .
Those comments will have to wait because Priest's music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Priest says that we saw that you would talk about him and he wanted Gunther to say it to his face.
Priest interrupts Gunther and he says that you are going to call him street trash, a Latino bum, or someone whose parents didn't care about him while you waited for the call. Priest says the first time they looked at each other, he got the vibe why people were afraid of you. Priest says he thinks he can beat Gunther and that is the truth. If it wasn't for his 'brother' betraying him, that title wouldn't be around your waist. When you became champ, your vibe started to fade. You started to doubt yourself.
He says the vibe faded more because you got pinned by Cody Rhodes.
Gunther yells at Priest.
Priest says Gunther can't talk because he is full of doubt. That doubt is because you know that you can't beat him. This killa is dead because if it was anyone else, you would have taken a swing at him. Do you want to take a swing at him. The people don't want them to wait until Survivor Series so he tells Gunther to take his shot. Priest says if Gunther took his shot, he would drop his ass.
Ludwig Kaiser shows up and makes his way down the aisle to the ring. What are we doing here? What is Priest doing here? Out of everyone in this building, you are the one doubting the Ring General. Does he have to remind you that Gunther has beaten you once already? Kaiser tells Priest to get out of this ring and save yourself. The second time you stand in the ring with Gunther, the result will be the same.
Gunther stops Kaiser from talking and he pokes Kaiser in the chest many times.
Kaiser says he will not let that street trash talk to Gunther like . . .
Priest punches Kaiser and clotheslines him over the top rope to the floor.
Gunther leaves the ring.
Cathy Kelley is in the back with Kairi Sane and Iyo Sky. Cathy congratulates Iyo on becoming the number one contender.
Iyo says she is ready for Liv. Kairi says they have other business to deal with first.
Dakota Kai shows up and she is back to be in the six woman tag match. Kai says they took three months off her career. Nothing and no one is going to take this away from them. They are going to show what Damage CTRL is all about.
We are back with the annual Veteran's Day video package.
Kofi Kingston is in the back and R Truth comes up to him to say hello.
Kofi thanks Truth for helping them out and he apologizes for not having your back because Woods didn't want to help.
Xavier Woods shows up and Pete Dunne comes up to Truth about calling him by that name.
Kofi says something and Dunne asks Kofi if he wants this problem. Woods says it isn't their problem. Kofi says it is his problem because if you have an issue with Truth, you have a problem with him.
Truth tells Kofi to worry about Butch when he faces Pete tonight.
Match Number One: Dakota Kai, Kairi Sane, and Iyo Sky versus Sonya Deville, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler
Zoey and Iyo start things off and they lock up. Zoey with a side head lock and Iyo with a wrist lock into a side head lock. Iyo flips over Zoey and does handsprings to avoid her again. Iyo misses a drop kick and Zoey with a boot to the back. Iyo lands on her feet on a suplex attempt and Zoey grabs Iyo by the hair. Zoey with a back body drop. Sonya tags in and Zoey with a back breaker and Sonya with a running neck breaker for a near fall. Sonya with a suplex and she follows with a knee to the midsection. Iyo lands on her feet on a suplex. Iyo with a shotei and Sane tags in. Iyo trips Sonya and Sane with a kick to the back. Sane with a snap mare and a double drop kick.
Sane with a slingshot head scissors to Zoey followed by a drop kick to Zoey and Sonya in the corner. Sane with a sliding D to Sonya in the corner followed by a forearm off the apron. Sane sends Sonya back into the ring and she distracts the referee to allow Shayna to connect with a clothesline.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Sane tries to make the tag but Shayna knocks Iyo off the apron. Kai tags in and she punches Shayna and follows with a forearm and a drop kick. Kai goes for an arm drag and Shayna blocks it. Kai with a flying mare and a scorpion kick. Shayna with punches and she misses a kick and goes to the apron when Kai moves. Kai with a kick for a near fall. Shayna backs into the corner and Kai with a running boot to the face. Kai goes for the running Yakuza kick but she misses Shayna and hits Sonya instead. Shayna with a slam into a single leg crab. Zoey knocks Iyo off the apron and then Iyo gets back on the apron and Zoey with a forearm. Iyo takes care of Zoey and breaks up the hold. Sane with a forearm to Shayna but Zoey with a missile drop kick. Kai misses a kick and Shayna applies a Kirifuta Clutch. Iyo tags in and Shayna with a Kirifuta Clutch in the ropes.
Kai with a Yakuza Kick and Iyo with a moonsault for the three count.
Winners: Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, and Kairi Sane
We take a look back at what happened on Smackdown regarding War Games.
Sami and Jey are in the back and Jimmy shows up and he asks if there is a problem. Sami says there is no problem. Jey says they are on the same page. Sami says he is glad to see Jimmy.
Jimmy says they need a fifth for War Games. Jey says they have no friends on Monday or Friday. Sami says he might know someone.
Damian Priest stretches as he prepares for his match against Ludwig Kaiser.
Match Number Two: Kofi Kingston (with Xavier Woods) versus Pete Dunne
The crowd chants for Pete's alter ego and he is not happy but Kofi can't stop smiling. They go to a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and make it to the ropes. Pete with a forearm and he works on the neck. Kofi with an Irish whip and Pete sends Kofi to the apron. Kofi with a springboard clothesline. Kofi with an Irish whip and Pete flips out of the corner and Kofi with a drop kick. Kofi with a flip dive onto Pete.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Pete pulls at the fingers and applies a cross arm breaker. Pete with a boot to the leg and he returns to an arm bar. Kofi with punches and Pete with a chop. Pete with forearms to the back of the head. Kofi with a jumping double knee take down to Pete and both men are down. Kofi with chops to Pete and a drop kick. Kofi goes for the jumping clothesline but Pete moves. Pete jumps into a pendulum kick and Kofi goes up top and hits Shadows Over Hell for a near fall. Pete with a wrist lock and he works on the shoulder. Kofi goes for SOS but Pete blocks it. Pete with a kick but he runs into a boot in the corner. Kofi comes off the turnbuckles with a double jump move but Pete with a forearm.
Kofi with Trouble in Paradise and Pete falls to the floor with some help from Woods. Kofi yells at Woods and Woods tells Kofi why he did it. Kofi sends Pete in the ring and Kofi yells at Woods. Pete with a running knee to the head and he hit Bitter End for the three count.
Winner: Pete Dunne
Kofi pushes Woods away while Woods tries to help Kofi to the back. Woods tells Kofi to think about himself and them instead of everyone else.
We take a look at what happened during the battle royal last week.
The Judgment Day are in BACK and Finn talks about how they don't have a shot at the World Title thanks to him and Damian is one step away. Dom says no one had his back while Reed attacked everyone. Finn says he did what Liv asked and stayed in the back. Dom says he has gotten closer to the title than Finn.
Finn and Dom have to be separated. Finn says family looks out for each other. Maybe Dom and Carlito should take care of the War Raiders. Dom says he will make it official and Carlito runs after him.
Bronson Reed walks in the back.
