Do we really need Raw and Smackdown to go to three hours?
I sure don’t. I love the two hour slot. It almost always leaves me wanting more. Three hours, when done right, satiates me. But money talks and everything else walks. If the TV partners want three hours, that is what they will get. I will take solace in the fact that Vince McMahon is not booking anymore. At least under Triple H I had no problem with the three hour Raws.
Is it just me or is Solo awesome?
It’s not just you, I love the guy. He has grown so much as a character over the past year, it’s just amazing how much he has grown.
If Jacob Fatu talked to you the way that he talked to Roman Reigns, what would you do?
I would say, “Yes sir Mr. Fatu sir!” That was a great, scary promo. That is a bad man right there.
Who is your favorite Booker of all time?
I have to say up from that I am biased as all hell but with that said it’s Paul Heyman. He had gotten me to truly love the business twice now in my lifetime, first with ECW and now with his work on The Bloodline storyline. He is one of a kind.
I know that you have telling the world what Dave Meltzer was all about for decades. Does it make you feel good that through his actions he has proven you to be correct?
Honestly, no. The people who actually wanted to know the truth have already known what Meltzer is for a while now. He has just, for whatever reason, gone off the deep end and showed the rest of the world who he really is. It’s a shame what he has done to his reputation, especially since he always held himself in such high regard (even if people like me did not). His many, many recent gaffes have to make it hard for even him to truly believe the things that he says about himself. In many ways, he reminds of Ric Flair in his TNA run in that he has become a comical caricature of what he used to be. But, if it wasn't for him getting things wrong 30 years ago, I would have never gotten into the business so I can appreciate that at least.
