We all know of Donald Trump's infatuation with crowd size at his rallies, but on Undertaker's podcast he claimed he draws well over 100,000 people to these events, even throwing out the number of 107,000. Which would be well over the largest crowd ever for a wrestling event. All I can ask is, REALLY??
My only answer would be that I think it’s a mental thing with him and crowd sizes so he lies about them. Did Undertaker call him on it? I am guessing not.
The UFC has openly embraced Donald Trump, while WWE has seemingly kept more of a distance with regard to mentions or appearances by him on their shows. Do you see WWE ever embracing Trump to the extent that Dana White and the UFC has?
I think that if they were going to they would have already. He’s a polarizing figure. If it’s me, I stay far away from him. I don’t alienate fans by being pro Trump or pro Harris. I know White is a huge Trump supporter. I don’t know how the TKO brass feels about him.
Roman acknowledged Jimmy a couple weeks ago… but to get Jey back, is he going to be forced to yeet?
God I hope not. There is a way Roman can yeet that will be cool but making it a condition of returning? Nah, that would be lame. I think the condition should be that they are all equals and the hierarchy is gone.
Is it a mandate that the NXT Championship match goes on last at an NXT PLE with the NXT Women's Championship match in the cool-down spot and why?
No. It’s a Womandate. See what I did there?
While I am old enough to have lived through WCW's failures which ultimately prevented them from growing new stars is it really an adequate comparison to what Jericho and to a lesser degree Motley do at the moment? Not saying more promising and younger guys in AEW couldn't benefit much more from the positions blocked by older stars, but shouldn't it also be pointed out that Hogan, Nash and co. actually drew mega money and were huge names in the last huge boom period in wrestling which, with all due respect to Jericho, he never was (neither is Moxley)? And since it's often brought up about Jericho having complained about older guys having kept younger guys back in WCW, can we also kindly point out that every older name in WCW being criticized by Jericho back then, including Hogan, was significantly younger than Jericho is now?
I can’t disagree with a word you said. Jericho is older (and old looking) now than the WCW talents were who held the top spots. The WCW talents were draws. He is not a draw anymore. I won’t say he never drew money, but right now he isn’t a draw.
