WWE star CM Punk will be facing off with vampires next.
The Hollywood Reporter announced that Punk, who just finished his feud with Drew McIntyre at WWE Bad Blood, has joined the cast of the feature film NIght Patrol.
The plot of the film - "an LAPD officer (Jermaine Fowler, who is an excellent actor) must put aside his differences with the area’s street gangs when he discovers a local police task force is harboring a horrific secret that endangers the residents of the housing projects he grew up in."
Punk is described as having a key role. We are told Punk filmed the movie in Los Angeles while feuding with McIntyre. The film has wrapped. It is expected to be released next year.
